Head inside and find the three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer Queen beds and plenty of storage, the third has a set of single bunks and single bed. There is a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. The bathroom also provides a washing machine for your stay. Off the bedrooms is a large living space with a comfortable L shaped sofa perfect for relaxing in to watch a movie at the end of the day in front of the large gas log fire.

The kitchen offers a dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast nook to enjoy the morning sunshine. Next door to the kitchen there is a separate dinning area for family dinner in the evening which overlooks the large decking and grassy back yard. Enjoy an evening BBQ with the family, take the time to kick a footy in the back yard with the kids or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

Avery Street is a quiet cul de sac located to the side of the local primary school where you can access the play equipment & full size outdoor basketball court. There are ample options of activities all within walking distance. The local skate park is right around the corner or head towards Russell Creek Reserve and enjoy the abundant bird life and quiet calm in this little oasis. A pleasant stroll down the road will find you at the local playground situated on the river and also at the start of the footpath that leads you out to the lighthouse on Griffith Island.

The best part of a Port Fairy holiday is our family friendly South Beach and Pea Soup Cove that is only a 10 min walk, the perfect place for wallowing during the summer heat or long rugged up walks during the winter.
