Porch Swing Memories sleeps 4 with a king bed in the loft & a queen sleeper in the living room. This 1 bedroom/2 bath cabin has everything your Smoky Mountain vacation needs – a great room with a vaulted ceiling, a gorgeous stone fireplace, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, and a hot tub to soak your cares away.
Pet-friendly with a pet fee of $84.56 per pet for the stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Other amenities include a Jacuzzi tub in the downstairs bathroom, and a 60 in 1 retro Arcade Game that is free to play. It has 60 classic arcade games, from Galaga to Pacman to Centipede…and much more!! There are 2 TVs with DVD players & over 85 DVDs , free WIFI, bluetooth radio & Spectrum/Charter cable. A large charcoal smoker grill, dart board, porch swing & large cooler are also on the enclosed porch. A stacked washer dryer is located in the downstairs bath.
Multiple fishing ponds located within the resort, guests can go and cast their line, no permit required!
Location
Porch Swing Memories is secluded and peaceful, but it's also near lots of great places to visit. 18 minutes to Dollywood, 15 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, 25 minutes to the Gatlinburg Strip and Sugarlands Visitor Center in The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and dozens of great hiking trails.
Access to the cabin requires a few steep hills and narrow roads the last 5 minutes drive to the cabin, please consider this before booking. Vehicles in good working condition can all access this cabin as long as it is not winter weather.

*Please note that when you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Mountain Time Cabin Rentals. It will contain all the information for your cabin and making your second payments and signing your rental agreement.

WINTER BOOKINGS: We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance through a third party company, we do not provide it. This will get you a full refund in case it is unsafe to access the cabin or power goes out for an extended period of time. An inch or two of snow is possible from December to February. Ice on the roads is possible after a rain and night time temps dropping below freezing. Monitor weather before your stay and we will notify you if conditions are not safe.
