Island Paradise Cottages, centrally located in Madeira Beach inside a quiet and secure neighborhood, and just off the main road. The cottages are just a 5 minute walk over to the very best beaches that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer, and you are in very easy walking distance of Johns Pass Village, with many excellent restaurants, activities, and attractions. Access to the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking is just a short walk away through the neighborhood, and you can catch the beach trolley nearby if you need to get a little further away.



Our little piece of paradise is perfectly setup for vacationing and relaxing with lush landscaping, an island style tiki hut for socializing and BBQ grilling, a beautiful heated pool, as well as a full inventory of bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards and games exclusively for our Guests' use.

Great location

It’s proximity to Beach access is alone worth the booking. The cottage is clean and has the necessary items you’ll need during your stay. I like the scent of the soaps they left in the bathroom. The little porch is perfect resting on after sending all day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This location will definitely go on my favorites list. Stayed for a short time for a graduation over the weekend and was sad to leave. Will need to come back for a longer stay as we only took advantage of a few amenities (ticket to Dalí Museum). Property manager was quick to respond and plenty to see and do within walking distance.

We had a great time here-weather was sunny, beaches are beautiful and the location was close to the water,shopping, and restaurants. A few things could be added-dish drainer and extra kitchen towels due to no dishwasher and a laundry basket. The hot water was very hit or miss as well! Overall-great stay!

Nice place

Very clean little cottage. Close to beaches and restaurants. We had low water pressure in the shower but called and let them know, they were there in 20 minutes to fix it. Would have been nice to have a dishrack to dry the dishes on and more room to hang wet towels. But, overall great place.

Looking forward to staying again.

This cottage was exactly as listed. Perfect location for us in a very friendly area in walking distance to the breach and boardwalk. The living areas are nice, kitchen well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. I texted the number given a few times with questions and they answered almost immediately. Only cons I can think of (which to me is kind of nit picking) are the patio furniture was dirty and we washed them down to be able to sit without fussing with a towel and if you are staying for more than 2 days bring towels or quarters for laundry because there were only 2 towels. Overall it was a very nice, quiet, peaceful stay and recommend it to anyone.

Perfect!!!

It’s was perfect ! It was clean ! The A.C. Worked ! It was kept cool the whole time ! It has everything you need to cook with and everything you need for the beach. I wish the bicycles they had were in working order but it was not that big of deal because we didn’t have time to use them because we loved using the kayaks. I know if we would have called and asked them about the bikes they would have sent someone right to pump the tires up and fix the chain on one of them.

Great little place!

This little place was great for my husband and I. There were adequate kitchen utensils but note that it's essentials only (which was perfectly fine for us!). The property management company was SUPER responsive to any questions we had; they were wonderful to work with!! This is a short walk to the beach--literally, like 2 blocks and there was everything you could possibly think to need for a day at the beach--chairs, coolers, bikes, even a few umbrellas and beach carts! The bathroom is tiny with very little counter space, so ladies, be prepared to get creative with where to put your hair dryer/iron, beauty products, make-up etc. while you're getting ready for the day. (just a heads up for those who appreciate a little bathroom counter space) The bed was very comfortable! Plenty of sitting space in living room area as well. The only inconveniences (if you can really call it that) is the lack of drying rack or anything for drying dishes after you've washed them. Not a biggie, but would be an added convenience for future guests. Also, the ventilation in the kitchen doesn't help to pull out smoke from cooking (i.e. bacon!) so if there was a way to ventilate better, that would help. That, and better instructions on how to work the cable; we aren't Hulu-savvy, so it took us a bit to figure out which app was for regular cable TV...As you can see, all very minor suggestions that don't really take away from the overall satisfaction of the place. We would definitely stay here again!!

Arrived an hour early and cleaning lady informed there was no AC. It was 85 outside and 95 inside. The manager said he could get it fixed so we waited 3 hours. It couldn’t be fixed and by that time we couldn’t go anywhere else. We left the following day and stayed at airport hotel and flew home incurring 550 additional in airfare. The manager is rude and arrogant. Works for ITRIP check out their reviews on Trust Pilot and you’ll be shocked that vrbo lets them list their properties

Nice, Clean and Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops!

Our trip started with excellent communication with ITrip. Our little cottage was perfect for 2 of us. It would be cozy for 4 but you could do it. Very clean and easy to get in and out of without having to worry about a key. The pool was very nice to cool down and relax. My favorite part was the porch with the quality Adirondack chairs to sit and relax. I would recommend!

Cottage condo was clean and exactly as remodeled advertised. Perfect size for the week vacation. Close access to the beach yet very quiet neighborhood. Parking, grounds, pool and laundry room tidy and met my needs. Management was quick to reply to questions. Only concern was low water pressure in shower and VERY spotty wi-fi. Would not recommend if you need reliable wi-fi. Otherwise, I fully intend to return and would recommend.
