We had a nice stay for what we were there for---the location was good--- We did not have time to use the pool but did not have a pass to get in.Do not park in the dirt/leaves/grass area because your car/truck will get towed. Photo of my sisters car and was just a bit in the area and was towed. No excuse but we parked later at night with a terrible rain/lightening storm. The next morning when we woke up the vehicle was gone----Overall a good time! Thanks!

Great! We provide basic necessary things for your first day. But we have a Wallmart Supercenter and ALDI just 5 minutes away to get all the stuff you need.

Beautiful property

Unit 2309 is a perfect home away from home- Clean, comfortable and cozy. The owner of this unit was accommodating, and friendly . Next time we’re in FL we will attempt to stay here again!

Wonderful stay at this townhome

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhome. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and close to all the parks. The community pool and spa is just next door. We also enjoyed the private jacuzzi after a long day in the parks. We will certainly come back next time we visit Orlando.

Clean & Quiet - everything we needed!

Lovely property with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to make a family stay very comfortable. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Plenty of TVs and entertainment, good wifi! We bought some groceries, laundry detergent, and toilet paper while we were there, didn’t need anything else.

Florida Getaway

The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. We were only 15-20 minutes away from Disney and not that far from Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and I liked the fact that it was gated. It made you feel safe.

Small roaches

Everything was fine overall except we kept finding roaches in the kitchen or bathrooms. Not a lot but the again is not pleasant to find them at all wondering around, specially the kitchen. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Thanks for the feedback. The property is sprayed regularly for bugs. We asked management to see after this. Because this is a sub-tropical area it's alway difficult to keep the critters out. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Disappointed

Nobody informed us that the pool and clubhouse would be closed.Living room furniture old and uncomfortable.Shower drain had to be cleaned out so water would go down.Resort management told owner because of winter times the pool would be refurbished while there is not much use of the pool because of low water temperatures in February.

Week with Our Family- Highlights and Concerns

This property served our family of 4 needs for our week in Florida; there are obvious signs of wear & tear from being a rental but everything still appeared clean and was in working condition. We greatly appreciated its close proximity to the community pool and playground along with the patio hot tub. We also took time to visit a beach (one hour drive time) and Disney (about 20 minutes drive time). Location is great! We also loved having access to the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We did find a few things missing/frustrating with the unit. The kitchen is missing a few essential items that I personally would have appreciated this week including: cookie sheet, 9x13 baking pan, measuring cups, water pitcher with lid, oven mitts, kitchen towels, plastic/melamine dishes & cups. Especially with little children, the possibility of breaking the dishes and cups was something I was always nervous about; on top of having to eat on a glass kitchen table. I also found it inconvenient to have to locate small quantities of dishwasher detergent and toilet paper for my week long stay (my recommendation is the local Dollar Tree) I would have rather been charged a few extra dollars on my rental then have find these 2 items for the week. Also, there is one downfall about the front downstairs bedroom, you hear all the street noise; particularly the neighbors who like to be louder at about 11pm-12 midnight. Lastly, for a family that is using the Pack 'n Play, it is very small; perhaps for children under 12 months. My 18 month is petite for his age and had to sleep curled up.

BEWARE!!!

If your family is coming to Orlando to enjoy the amusement parks and peaceful quiet nights, this is NOT your place. I'm not trying to be vengeful; I just don't want another family to have the same experience. When we arrived, there was a huge pile of trash around the dumpster as if someone had just been evicted. The next thing we noticed when we pulled in the driveway was the smell of marijuana. The condo is located within 1 mile of 15 smoke shops and the neighbor which the bedrooms share a wall with comes and goes at 2 am in the morning. One night my daughter was woken up by their dog barking profusely at midnight. When we got inside, the thermostat was under lock and key, the carpets were stained, and the upstairs shower had pubic hair in it. We called twice and asked if we could have access to adjust the thermostat temperature and were told NO. We were provided with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the entire week, 2 pods for washing clothes and 1 roll of paper towels. We asked for more toilet paper and were told NO. The handbook for the condo asks you to take out the trash, wash the dishes and start the laundry before you leave. Trust me in saying, we did not feel safe in this condo, nor did we get a restful night of sleep in the uncomfortable beds, with dogs barking, neighbors coming and going at 2 am and the smell of marijuana outside our front door.

Dear Greg, We regret to hear that your stay was not as expected. As the owner we try to do anything to make your stay a wonderful one. Also the management company checks the entire property if everything is in good order before every arrival. Not sure why this happended but the problem with the dumpster has been addressed by the HOA the next day. The thermostat is, unfortunately, under lock because of (costly for us) mis-use by guests in the past. The thermostat can however, remotely, be altered by the management company (or by us) to any desired setting. It takes just a phone call. We checked on a regularly basis and it was mostly around 70F inside the house during your stay. We never had any complaints about the neighbours before but we will ask them what exactly happenend around the Christmas holiday season. This is an AirB&B type of rental. It is not like a full-service hotel. We provide a free, complementary, stock of toiletpaper, dishwash and washer pods etc. for the first days of the stay. A Super Walmart and ALDI is only a 5 mins drive away where you can find everything you need for your stay. Again, our apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay.

We had a nice stay in the house. We had only three days on our trip so everything was perfect for us. More than enough space and in the kitchen we found everything we need. On top we had a nice view on the small pond and sometimes a turtle was passing by.

The townhome was clean and conveniently located. The kitchen is well-stocked with tools. The community pool is nice and close to this rental. When we arrived the the temperature inside was 85 and it was 88 outside. The thermostat is behind a locked box with no key available in the unit. When we called the management company they didn't know how to open it and didn't call us back. It took several hours for the vrbo host to respond. Apparently he can control it via wi-fi but the internet was out in the area until the middle of the night. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken when we got there. The host had been told a pump was broken but he didn't communicate that to us until we asked why it wouldn't heat up. He couldn't give us any information about efforts to fix it and it remained broken and unusable for our weeklong stay. Overall just really disappointing communication and no help in the face of our issues.

Close to theme parks

Home was decent. Please do not expect a luxury suite with updates. We were comfortable and close to everything. The only complaint I have, is the neighbors who actually LIVE next door. We kept coming back to them parked in our spots and they had people hanging outside smoking and partying. We also seen bugs in the kitchen but we found some spray under the sink.

We are originally from The Netherlands and own of this property since 2010. We already hosted hundreds of guest in the past years. Like you we also like the Florida nature and all the vibrant amenities Florida has to offer. We want our guests to have the same experience in discovering Florida, like we did (and still do....).

We love Florida! This home is located in a secured and gated community close to HW192. This is a well maintained home with all the luxury you need for your stay. We try to visit our property at least twice a year to have it updated and improved. This home is managed by a local professional management company to provide for any assistance needed to our guests.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Coral Cay Resort is centrally located in Florida and the Orlando area. All the Themeparks are within 20 minutes by car. Airport (MCO) is also a 25 minutes drive away. Nearby Highway 192 with all the shopping, dining and groceries (Walmart and ALDI) you need.

Beaches like Cocoa and Clearwater are also pretty closeby.

A perfect starting place to visit Florida and discover all it has to offer (and then to come back home to and reset for the next day)!

Our guests always appreciate the jacuzzi after a long day in the parks.
