I only have a couple comments that would have made the stay even better. It may sound trivial, but coffee making capabilities were very limited relative to other places I’ve stayed in New Zealand, e.g. a Nespeesso etc. vs. just a French Press. The view and location are 100 1worth every dollar. The stove could be updated to make cooking at the home more worth while.

That's Some View

Great place for a weekend away with cousins and a friend. Comfortable, spacious lounge and a superb view over Piha and Lion Rock - planning a return visit before we had even left.

Beautiful home away from home

Exceptional home to stay in whilst enjoying the gorgeous scenery of Piha. The views from every window were breathtaking. The home was spotless, warm and well stocked with everything you could need. Thank you.

Outstanding Value for Delightful Piha Beach Stay

1. The view from the deck is wonderful 2. House was clean, pleasant, beds comfy 3. Shower a bit weak, drains were all clogged up 4. Apart from the drains, a few min drive or walk to beach, and a great place to relax after a fun day on the beach.

Chicago in NZ

We loved the property but thought we should mention that this property is managed by another company so contacting them wasn’t simple. There was little to no information provided except lock box code. Piha had the most mosquitos on our whole trip so sleeping with windows open to keep the place cool was troublesome. However the property was beautiful as was the location. Getting in and out of the driveway was also interesting especially if you have a larger vehicle.
