Thank you for choosing to stay with us again—we truly appreciate your return visit. We’re delighted to hear you continue to enjoy the beauty, layout, and thoughtful equipment of the home. It’s also great to know our maintenance team was able to assist quickly with the television issue. We’d love to welcome you back for a third stay and many more coastal memories ahead.

Thank you so much for this beautiful, detailed review it genuinely made us smile! We love that Capella has become your family's favorite among all the homes you've stayed in at Cinnamon Shore, and we are so thrilled you've already booked it again for next summer. It sounds like three families and six children had the absolute perfect setup, and we love hearing how the bunk arrangements worked out so naturally for the different ages. The iced tea pitcher from Dollar General is the most Texan thing we've ever heard and we are completely here for it! We hope next summer brings many more porch moments, and maybe that fan will make the outdoor seating area even more of your favorite spot. The porch fireplace in cooler months is truly something special we hope you get to experience it one day too. Thank you for recommending Capella so warmly. We can't wait to welcome all of you back!

Thank you for sharing your lovely feedback with us! We're delighted that you enjoyed the beautiful layout of Capella at the Shore. It is designed to cater to guests of all age groups. It's great to hear that you found the location convenient, with easy access to the beach, pool, great lawn, and restaurants. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed readiness of the house upon your arrival at 4 pm. Rest assured, we take your feedback seriously, and we'll work on ensuring a smoother and more timely preparation process for future stays. Our aim is to provide a seamless experience, and your comments will help us improve. Despite this issue, we're thrilled that you had an enjoyable stay overall, and we sincerely look forward to hosting you again in the future. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll do our best to make your next visit even more delightful. Thank you for choosing Cinnamon Shore, and we can't wait to welcome you back!

Thank you so much for this lovely review and for your continued loyalty to Cinnamon Shore! We're so glad the main living areas, kitchen, and porches brought you joy. We sincerely apologize for the leaking showers and the noise disruptions the behavior you described from the golf carts and balconies is not something we take lightly. You make a great point about holiday weekends, and we completely understand. We hope to welcome you back for one of those sweet, peaceful weekdays that remind you why you fell in love with Cinnamon Shore in the first place!

Thank you so much for your continued loyalty and for already being booked for next year that truly means the world to us! You are absolutely right that the cleaning fee should reflect a spotlessly clean home, and we sincerely apologize that it fell short. Black feet from the kitchen floor, a dirty swiffer, a full vacuum, an unemptied trash can, missing towels, and a backed-up shower drain are all things that should have been caught before your arrival. This feedback is being shared directly with our housekeeping team to ensure these areas receive the thorough attention they deserve. We are committed to making sure your next stay reflects the standard you deserve, and we can't wait to welcome you back!
