Enjoy this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, Country Club Vista 6 min drive to Point Pinole regional shoreline. which sleeps 2 and offers plenty of extra space for a flat-screen TV in the living room for individual entertainment. Entertainment, As you enter the charming kitchen, you’ll marvel at its amenities and want to create a scrumptious meal using oils, spic, pots and pans, and every appliance we provide.
There is a full bed in the bedroom and of course, all linens and towels. Our ample Bathroom has a shower and a tub. We love that our neighborhood is a secret, quiet gem in the middle of a bustling metropolis. We can hear and see the birds and the stars, and have access to diverse cuisines, cultures, geography, natural habitats, and entertainment that surround us. You may park in our Driveway or right in front of our home. We are near the Hwy 80 If you feel like taking a ferry to SF, you can do so from Larkspur or Richmond.
Staying local? Explore Wild Cat Canyon, a beautiful regional park with multiple trails and eucalyptus trees.
comfortably.Also there is free guest parking anywhere within the country club community with your provided parking pass. However, the later arrival means less favorable parking options and may have to park a little further down the street. Also, be sure to return the provided parking pass. A replacement fee of $30 will be assessed if not returned. Guests are welcome to park in the main court to load and unload luggage but cannot park too long there as it is considered a fire lane and may be towed. Also, there are two security cameras at the home located at the entrance able to view the back patio door. This is a necessary security for me and you as a guest. I highly respect everyone's privacy and there are no additional cameras recorders etc.

Bart is also a great way to get to the city and the station is a 10-minute drive from the house. It is also accessible by bus.
