Overall the rental was in good shape. However we did run into several issues. When we arrived there were several dead worms in different areas of the house. There is a small gap in the door that they were crawling through during our visit. By the time we left it was well over 50 worms. Some of the worms even got all the way upstairs into the rooms. I managed to sweep most of them out before I left. The stove had a broken burner (glass was broken) , but it did work. There were no instructions on how to use the theater room, and I advised so when I received a call the day after checking in to the rental. I was told someone would come out to show us how to use it, they never came out. I did figure it out on my own. It seemed there were alot of things unplugged from the TV's all over the house and from the receiver in the theater room. Some of the legs on the couches, chairs upstairs look like they are about to give out as they were in weird angles. Also, someone had the AC set to hit 64 degrees on 2 days out of the week. I changed that to 74 as the paperwork stated. All of this info was given to your team via phone call day of check out. A few of the seats in the theater room were ripped as well. I felt with what I paid, it should of been in a bit better shape. The grill was not getting hot as well, just FYI. We ended up cooking inside. Other than that, we had a good time.

Fun week for 50th

Spent a week in the warmth for my 50th birthday. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property had scuffed up walls, and the theater was beyond worn. Dont plan on using it. The pool, spa, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all great. The laundry room was very convenient. The grill had no propane, so we were unable to use it. Great views of the golf course, and about 15 minutes to the Disney area. We would definitely stay in the future if they could fix the above issues.
