NEU! ~ 15Mi zu Disney Parks von zu Hause mit Pool Deck!

Hi Micah, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- It’s standard at vacation rentals for the homeowner to provide a starter supply of essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. It's customary to stock all bathrooms with 2 rolls of toilet paper and to leave two garbage bags in the kitchen. We apologize if the items provided did not fit your needs.- We have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. - We hope you keep us in mind for your future travels. We’d love to host you the next time you visit! Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Thank you for sharing your review!

Hi Tanya, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to ensure that our guests have a positive stay with us and provide high standards of hospitality. - We are truly sorry to hear that the pool was not heated in time for your arrival. We were not aware of the issue during your stay and our pool technician has assured us that it was functioning well. In understanding your concerns, we agreed to provide fair compensation for your troubles. - We value the cleanliness of the home and amenities. We can confirm that the pool was professionally clean before, during, and after your stay. - The safety of our guests is important to us and the front door is capable of being locked from the outside properly. We will inspect this concern and address if necessary. - We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local guest contact would have been happy to help. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
