Diese charmante Eigentumswohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad befindet sich im Herzen der Colorado Rockies in der schönen Stadt Dillon im Summit County. Und Wi-Fi in der Wohnung natĂŒrlich.

Von zentraler Bedeutung fĂŒr das beste Skifahren in den Vereinigten Staaten; 10 Minuten von Keystone, 15 Minuten von Breckenridge, 20 Minuten von Arapahoe Basin, 20 Minuten von Copper Mountain und 40 Minuten von Vail / Beaver Creek entfernt. NatĂŒrlich sind Langlauf und Skitouren buchstĂ€blich nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie Schneemobilfahren und Eislaufen. Befindet sich direkt an der kostenlosen Buslinie, sodass Sie nicht einmal Ihr Auto benutzen können, wĂ€hrend Sie hier sind!

Was ist mit Sommer- und HerbstaktivitĂ€ten? Dillon ist ein Paradies mit fantastischen Orten fĂŒr Golf, Tennis, Angeln in GebirgsbĂ€chen, Wandern und Rafting.

Lake Dillon ist ein Paradies fĂŒr alle Arten von Boots- und Wasserabenteuern. Es gibt auch kulturelle AktivitĂ€ten wie Konzerte im Dillon Ampitheater, Kunstgalerien und Filmfestivals. Gleich nebenan liegt Silverthorne mit seinen unzĂ€hligen GeschĂ€ften und Frisco, das meiner Meinung nach eine der charmantesten StĂ€dte der Rocky Mountains ist.

Wenn Sie keine Unterkunft am Hang oder am See wĂŒnschen oder sich diese nicht leisten können, ist dies der richtige Ort fĂŒr Sie.
Meine Wohnung ist auch "ganz natĂŒrlich". Ich verwende nur natĂŒrliche / biologisch abbaubare Produkte. Das bedeutet, dass alle Laken und HandtĂŒcher mit hypoallergenem Reinigungsmittel gereinigt werden und die Shampoos, Seifen und Lotionen, die ich zur VerfĂŒgung stelle, alle natĂŒrlich sind.

Diese Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Queensize-Bett und mit dem Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer können bequem vier Personen schlafen. Ab dem 14. Dezember verfĂŒgt das Schlafsofa ĂŒber eine brandneue Memory-Schaum-Matratze und eine neue feste Decke. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Kabel-TV, DVD, einige DVDs (auch fĂŒr Kinder), Spiele, Stereoanlage und alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich wĂŒnschen können (es ist auch mein Urlaub!). Bio-Kaffee zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt! Kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze vor der HaustĂŒr.

Das Clubhaus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Whirlpool und einen beheizten Pool sowie eine Lounge und ein großes Spielzimmer, um Kinder und Erwachsene gleichermaßen zu unterhalten.

HINWEIS: In der Wohnung befindet sich kein Holzofen mehr.

Great Place

Communication from Peter was great. Instructions Peter sent were easy to follow. The place was very clean. The location was perfect for skiing Copper and Loveland. Like that is was super close to downtown but not right in the downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice and spacious

Plenty of room to spend my two week fall (early ski season) trip and well equipped with everything I needed. Plus the bus stop was so convenient that I was able to save some cash on gas and took the bus to the slopes instead of driving. All around a nice moderately priced place to stay.

Cosy & central for skiing

Great location for skiing in both keystone and breckenridge. Condo had everything you needed and was very cosy. Clubhouse swimming pool and hot tub ok, showers and other facilities in clubhouse not great.

Perfect Ski retreat!!!

I rented the condo for two weeks. It is in a perfect location. You can easily get to Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek. When not skiing you can go sight seeing. The condo was clean and very well maintained. Kitchen was stocked well to cook at home.

We decided to try a condo versus a motel for our annual Summit County ski trip. By far much more room and quieter. The hot tub and sauna a perfect way to end after a day of skiing. Cute Condo

From the beginning to end, our experience staying at Peter's condo was nothing short of amazing. We had an issue with someone parking in our designated spot and Peter took care of the issue within minutes. We would highly recommend staying here. Plus, the bottle of red wine as a welcome gift after the first day of snowboarding was quite a treat!

Lovely space, plenty of room for 2 guests. Nice kitchen with ample cookware and whatnot. Hot tub and club house was really nice, but hours were a bit early (closed at 9 pm, which isn’t under the hosts control but still a bit odd). Overall would highly recommend for skiers/snowboarders on a budget! FYI, if you have more than 2 guests, the last bing room where the pullout couch is doesn’t have any blinds, so bring an eye mask unless you’re an early riser!

Great 1BR/1BA unit convenient to EVERYTHING!

This was our 2nd time staying at Peter's Dillon Valley East unit, and it more than meets our needs. As his is an end-unit opposite of I-70, we don't hear any freeway traffic, and overall, the neighborhood gets pretty quiet in the evenings. The location can't be beat for access to all of Summit County, plus Loveland, which I supposed is technically in Clear Creek County. We mostly skied Keystone which was at most a 10 minute drive. The condo itself: Bed is comfortable, plenty of blankets/pillows, the couches are comfortable, the internet/wi-fi is solid, and the water pressure and hot water are fantastic. We also really like his original artwork! I'm sure we'll be back, as it's one of the best lower priced rentals in the area.

Nice older condo in good location; no broadcast TV

Like most condos in ski towns, this one is fairly old and showing its age. It's been cared for, and the host was nice and responsive. The outside door lock is tricky (you have to lift up on the key), and unless you have streaming services you can use, there is no access to any broadcast TV networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox), nor can you get widely available networks like ESPN, CNN, MSNBC or even HGTV. Only ROKU-provided "canned" broadcasts are available, except for news which are looped nonstop all day.

Quiet neighborhood setting

We recently stayed in Peter's condo for 10 days. It is in a great location for anything you would want to do in Summit County. It is about 10 minutes from Keystone, 20 minutes from A-Basin, 30 minutes to Breckenridge, and hour to Ski Cooper in Leadville...close to shopping and Lake Dillon as well. The condo has everything you would need to make meals and plenty of space to enjoy them. The shower is wonderful, hot and great water pressure. It was a comfortable place to relax after a day of hitting the slopes. The clubhouse where the pool and hot tubs are is a short walk to get to. There are also laundry facilities in the clubhouse; $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Any questions or concerns we had, Peter was a quick email away and answered promptly.

Enjoy the stay

The condo itself may not be the most modern, at the same time, it is clean and has everything I need. With a fully stocked kitchen, I was able to cook and enjoy my meals. Bed was very comfortable. It has easy access to shopping and to ski resorts. Owner communicated effectively and timely. For example, the owner informed me when the snow plowing would take place and advised me where to move my car to. He also proactively contacted the housekeeper to secure my tablet after I found out that I had left it in the unit and arranged the date/time for me to pick it up a week later on my way from Winter Park to Snowmass. My recommendation is to upgrade the couch in the living room as they have shown their age.

Just what we needed!

My family (two adults, two littles) went skiing for spring break, and Peter's condo was exactly what we needed. Everything you could possibly want was in the kitchen. It's much bigger than a slopeside condo at Breck or Vail. It's safe, and a very quick drive to Loveland, even when the weather is bad. We were able to spend time in Keystone, Frisco, Georgetown, and Dillon with only a short drive, no more than 10 minutes anywhere. We originally booked a place in Georgetown, but we chose Peter's so we could have access to a hot tub and pool for the kids. Be aware that the hot tub closes at 8 pm on a weeknight..we were disappointed after a long day of skiing. It stays open later on the weekends. Peter was amazing...we messed up the keys in the key locks, and he was totally not mad at us. We skied Loveland, ice skated at Keystone, tubed in Frisco, sledded in Frisco, did a mule sleigh ride in Frisco, and rented our gear right in Dillon at Christy Sports. Great trip!!

I bought this condo as a place where I can relax as often as possible. It is central to all the great ski resorts and I have been surprised at how much time I spend here in the summer as well. It is not slope-side, but it's close to everything. I treat it as my second home and so do my guests.
