When you are out on the Ocean / Beach Front Lanai's, whether it is with your morning coffee or tea, your favorite afternoon beverage, or that glass of wine you will be in your peaceful and relaxing place with the sound of the calming waves soothing your soul. Yes, this is truly a paradise. We try and blend the Hawaiian & the Hawaiian Penthouses with modern touches, such as Stainless-Steel appliances for a modern sleek look. Fully stocked kitchen, King Beds in all Bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and of course a Washer & Dryer so you may pack light and enjoy your weeks to months in our Maui Penthouses. Incredible Location 5 minutes to either Downtown Lahaina or Kapalua.
Incredible Direct Ocean/Beach View, we did not want to see Condo’s across from ours, and looking at us. After all we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, not another Condo unit.
We wanted Penthouses. In the resorts or other Vacation Rentals we were so tired of listening to the people above pounding their feet, and or the endless movement of the furniture. It can be so annoying, so Penthouses only.
Both the Master Bedroom, and Living Room to have Ocean/Beach direct views with Lanais. Again, we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, the Master and Living Room Incredible views is a Mandatory for us.
