Diese wunderschöne Wohnung auf der zweiten Etage in der obersten Etage befindet sich in einem großen Komplex mit einem Aufzug am Necanicum River am Meer. Von diesem großen Zimmer und der Queen Master Suite genießen Sie einen ruhigen Blick auf den Fluss. Es ist nur vier Blocks von einem Zugang zum Strand entfernt, so dass Sie die kilometerlange Küste von Seaside und die Fun-Shops der Innenstadt genauso einfach am Strand kämmen können. Entspannen Sie im gut ausgestatteten Wohnzimmer mit seinen reichhaltigen Ledersofas, dem Gaskamin mit Schiefereinfassung und einem großen Flachbildfernseher / DVD, während Sie Reiher und andere Watvögel am Flussufer beobachten. Sie können in den vielen Restaurants von Seaside speisen oder im Speisesaal von der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Granitarbeitsplatten und schönen Schränken aus essen. We love the location of this property. It was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to downtown and the views on the river were wonderful. Check-in was smooth, we love that the parking was gated. The condo had everything we needed. It is a very peaceful location and there is a little convenience store right next-door, which was very handy.

Just a few minor issues the icemaker was down, but there was no ice tray, which would’ve been nice to have. There was no kitchen scissors. Luckily I had a small one with me. We stayed for 10 days and only got two laundry pods and two dishwasher pods would’ve been nice to have more same with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just a little light for the length of our stay minor issues would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The property was clean, and the owners clearly take good care of the condo. The listing states the condo sleeps 6, but there are only two queen beds and a couch (not a pull out). One person that was going to stay with us changed plans and only came down for a day as a result.The management company, was less impressive, in both maintenance and communication. The shades were off in the master bedroom on our arrival, so we had no privacy and woke with the sun each morning. The ice maker was broken and there were no ice trays provided.I left my laptop on accident, and even though it was found the day I left it, it took two days and a police report to confirm house keeping had it and 6 for it to arrive back at my home (after paying 85 to have it overnighted on day 3).Overall, the condo was clean, and ok for a group of 4, but I am very frustrated with the management company.

I’m sorry the sleeping setup wasn’t what you expected — we are careful to detail on the listing description that there are two queen beds in the home and one queen air mattress for guest use. I apologize the bedroom shades weren’t secured on arrival and that the ice maker and lack of trays caused inconvenience; I’ve asked housekeeping and maintenance to address those issues immediately. I’m also very sorry for the delay and poor communication around the laptop return — that falls short of our standards, and we will review our lost-and-found and shipping procedures to prevent a repeat. Thank you very much for the feedback, we will use it to improve.

Perfect Location

The condo was far enough away but close enough to downtown. The secured complex and designated parking spots was the perfect location. The view of the river was great and wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely will book again when opportunity arises again.

Seaside Vacation

We had a pleasant stay in the property. It was close to the Prom, which was nice. The kitchen, and master bathroom floors could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall a great time had by all.

The unit was spacious and location was close to Warrenton and Astoria. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The TV in the living room was stuck on new/store mode. After 2 nights our son figured out how to set it up. The condo needs a deep cleaning.

Great Stay in Seaside

We used this property to base out of for Seaside and Cannon Beach (20 min drive). It was exactly what we were looking for in a few bedrooms and a kitchen. The balcony in the morning was great with a cup of coffee. When there was an issue with the dishwasher, management was easy to contact and responsive. While you can walk to shops in Seaside, it's a decent hike, so I'd recommend a car.

Very updated, modern. Nice view of the river. Disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work . It was cool and rainy the entire stay and the fireplace would have been a nice added feature since it was the center piece of the living room.

A very nice stay, athough the fireplace did not work. It would have been really nice to have it working. The 2nd bedroom does need curtains. It was so light in the room because of outside lights that it was hard to sleep soundly. But overall it was a really nice stay...

Few broken parts

Nice, safe condo. Washer was broken when we got here, sink leaked, whole house smelled like gas when we entered( I called it in), recliner is broke. Master bed could use some cushioning, not comfortable at all.

We had a one night vacation stay to celebrate an Anniversary. The condo was clean and nicely set up. Unfortunately the fireplace that we had looked forward to using didn’t work. The pilot light wasn’t even on to use. It was one of the features we looked forward to using on our short stay. It may be time for the condo to invest in new beds. Bit uncomfortable and both beds are squeaky even when sitting. The master room could benefit from having night stands and lamps on each side. For the cost we paid for one night…..everything should be working and in place for a stay.

We sincerely apologize that the fireplace wasn’t ready to use and for any discomfort caused by the beds—these are certainly important aspects of a comfortable stay. Not good, bad service

Terrible time checking in. Unclear directions and wouldn’t respond when I texted through vrbo. I had to reach out directly to Meredith lodging and get on the phone with someone there.

Hi Ryan. We enjoyed hosting you; however, we are sorry you encountered an issue upon check-in. We listened to the call and our agent explained we were having issues with our computer system and stayed on the phone with you until you gained access to the home. We also see a text was sent to the number on file with check-in details and a link the portal to access additional information, but we are sorry for any confusion or if you did not receive this information. We value your booking, and do hope we have the chance to host you again.

Good Choice

We rented this condo for a quick vacation before my daughter heads to college. The condo is not in the hustle and bustle of downtown Seaside, which we liked. It is on the river and is a quick 4 block walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. The condo is very clean (important due to Covid) and nicely decorated and well equipped. It is quiet in the evening/night and we slept great. The building exterior is under construction, and we could hear some hammering and other noises during the day, but since we were gone during most of the time they were there working it was not a problem. The property is gated which was great. There is a lot of construction materials in the parking lot so parking was a little tricky, but not a big problem. We would stay again!
