Casa Alima AP - Private Luxurious Beachfront Villa on Heavenly Mexican Beach

“Casa Alima AP” is located in the exclusive gated community of San Juan de Alima, which features controlled 24-hour security, complete privacy, it is open, spacious and full of vegetation. Entering the house feels like stepping into a tropical jungle.
The property has two tiled swimming pools, two bars, two living rooms, two dining rooms, and an additional
living room with a TV. There is an open area with a grill and a buffet table that is just perfect for breakfast.
The pool has lounge chairs, a ping-pong table, hammocks, and a beautiful wooden table with chairs on the sand facing the sea. There is an additional Terrace with another bar, dining room, living room with a 60p flat-screen TV and another pool built over natural rocks; it features lounge chairs on the roof perfect for stargazing. The gym has an amazing sea view, treadmills, elliptic machine, 2 fixed bicycles, and a massage room.
The house capacity is 17 people. The main house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has one king-sized bed and a sofa-bed, the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have two queen-sized beds. Across the stairs form the main house there’re four luxurious bungalows. One of them has one king-sized bed. The other two rooms have two queen-sized beds, and the remaining room has two twin-size beds. Most bedrooms have a balcony with a table and all feature perfect sea views. There are three bedrooms for staff with a capacity of four people.
The common areas under the thatch palm palapa offer a beautiful setting for outdoor dining and entertainment. Relax by drinking a margarita as the sun goes down or lay on one of the hammocks next to the sea. There are great closed areas with AC for board games like backgammon as well as Apple tv’s with Netflix on most TV ́s. Allow our chefs to tempt you with traditional Mexican treats, like homemade banana bread, Flan or Ceviche, made with local coconuts or the mangoes from our orchard. For a more active getaway, run on the beach or up the trail that leads to the lighthouse on the nearest hill. Play ping-pong or tennis. Use our first-class gym equipment. Borrow a kayak, a buggy board, or a paddleboard to enjoy the sea.
