Sie können zum Strand gehen ODER da sich dieses Haus in einer Privatstraße befindet, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr Auto am Ende der Straße zu parken, sodass Strandausflüge zum Kinderspiel werden! Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ohne zusätzliche Kosten zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses Haus stellt Bettwäsche für alle Betten zur Verfügung und die Betten werden mit Ausnahme von Schlafsofas, oberen Kojen und Rollbetten hergestellt. The house and property were lovely! Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could need. We have stayed at a few houses in the OBX and this was our first time staying in Duck. The house was in the perfect location. The view of the sound was amazing and the beach was a short walk/drive away. We brought our golf cart which helped transport people to and from the beach.The property mgmt company was so responsive in all communications. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Plenty of space and a great view

The property was so spacious and the views from the top deck were great. There were so many hang out options and everything was very nice. If I'm back in Avon, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

The location was perfect and the house was lovely. The weather wasn't great (we were there the week between Christmas and New Years), but it was exactly what we expected. We enjoyed walking on the beach, hiking some of the local trails, and walking in the sound-side community on the other side of the main road. It was larger than we needed - five bedrooms for me, my husband, and our dog, but that felt quite grand. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated!

Family Vacation

The location of this house is great. Almost directly across the street from the beach access, which is then not far from the beach. The house was clean and very well-kept and we had more than enough room for our two adults, three kids and dog. The maintenance staff was very attentive to the one minor request we had. The pool and hot tub are great features as well. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Exactly what I needed.

This was a little off season escape for me after a tough month at work. It was a great house. Easy walk to the beach. Near everything. Could use a little maintenance: old hot tub cover, master bath faucet leaking but otherwise was a great stay. I go again.

We had a spotless property with beds already made. Only issue was blender broke, and the Shore manager materialized with a brand new one within an hour and saved Taco Tuesday. :)

We absolutely loved spending the week here! The house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms for our group. The beach is literally across the street so it was nice not having to walk far with three toddlers. The pool was perfect for our kids too. It's small but we didn't have to worry about them being too far from us while they were swimming! We would definitely come back to this house!

Latatude Adjustment great name my sons and daughter-in-law got it

It was great. My son saw a shark from the porch, huge fish of some kind with a fin above water line. The temps of the pool and the ocean were just right and the house overall very comfortable. My grandson 2+ had a really great time in the ocean and pool. Grandmother played with him for the whole time.

Nice enough

Frustrated by paying for pool and then not being able to use pool- might wanna better inform your NOV-MAR customers of this reality- thanks for working the refund. One of the dressers had empty beer cans in it so probably needs more thorough cleaning crew - we did enjoy our stay thanks

Overall, great property to stay during out of season. Plenty of room and parking. Easy walk to Town of Duck. Can see sound side from house and can walk to beach 300 yards down street. Minimal supplies so bring extra things like salt and pepper, toilet paper, hand soaps. This property is managed by a local company. So if you book through VRBO, you’ll pay an extra booking fee like I did. Dumb mistake. May want to go straight to property management site directly. I paid more in fees than rental for 4 days.

Great location

The location was excellent ocean views were very good and the walk to the public beach access was literally across the street. The beach was not crowed and was very peaceful. The only draw back was that the house was not very clean. There was food under one bed with ants on it and dust in all the rooms. The bath room in the master bedroom had mold around the jets on the tub. The patio screen door fell off and some railings were rotted. The stovetop was greasy and not clean. If there was a deep cleaning we would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at Lattitude Adjustment! It was the perfect location, the pool was amazing and the hot tub was great for evenings after the pool or beach. The home was great for our family, even our little beagle loved it!! The views from the main deck were stunning in the morning at sunrise, and you could even hear the waves from the ocean the home was that close to the beach. The only negative, which wasn't that bad, was there was no OnDemand options on the tv-which most homes have, so if we would've gotten a few days of rain, it would've been a little tricky after we ran out of things to do :) . But, as I said, we had PERFECT weather the entire trip and we were hardly inside other than to get ready for dinner or for my son to take quick breaks from the sun :) . It was a memorable vacation, relaxing , and great to spend so much time all together in a beautiful beach home in the OBX - We already booked for next year!!!!

A fantastic property at an unbeatable value.

This house was perfect for our group of five adults, four teens and a baby. The rooms are spacious and each opens out to the deck. The layout gives each room a very private feel. The kitchen and main living area are spacious and very comfortable. The property is well-appointed. We spent most nights cooking for the group and weren't lacking for any appliances, cookware or crockery. Everything was clean and of good quality. We all spent a lot of time enjoying the hot tub and the heated pool was a huge plus this early in the season. Beach access couldn't have been easier; The house is directly across a quiet street from a short barefoot-friendly Trex boardwalk to the beach. It felt every bit a beachfront property as our horde moved to and from the beach all day. This is my second stay here at Latitude in as many years and I plan to be back soon. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

When we arrived on Saturday, the fridge wasn't cool and it actually stop working. We waited more than 24 hrs as instructed but it didn't work. I contacted the emergency number on Monday morning and someone came to inspect the problem but only a cooler and one bag of ice were provided for a weeks worth of food. Tuesday someone came and defrosted the freezer, which worked temporarily but the next day it wasn't keeping cool air. Basically we didn't have a properly working fridge during our stay. The other thing we noticed was that the house wasn't clean. The carpets didn't appear vacuumed, the floors were not swept and the bathroom sinks were not clean. The pool also had sand from the previous guests.

Relaxing vacation home, great for the discounted spring price

First off, This house worked great for our family vacation and the price was great for the spring value pricing, The views were decent from the upper decks between the houses to the ocean, was hoping for a bit more ocean view. Unfortunately we booked during construction of a house across the street and had to deal with the construction noise waking us up in the mornings, can't blame anyone for that one. The construction crews did seem to try to keep their noise and mess to a minimum and were off the job site fairly early in the day allowing a relaxing evening for us. The house was in decent condition but starting to show its age. We had a leak that grew slightly more significant in our master bathroom. A quick email to the management and repairmen were there, 4 times. The repairmen seemed to be coming a bit more that we expected, total of 6 drop ins from various people. We had our dog with us and she can be a little protective of us when strangers walk into the house which caused some stress for our old girl. The pool was great, though a bit cold... but that is to be expected this early in the season. The hot tub was great for relaxing evenings, though the cover for the hot tub needs replacing and dropped lots of bits into the hot tub, had to skim it before every use. Be careful when walking on the decks as boards were starting to show the age with exposed nails, splinters, and a few warped boards, would recommend wearing flip flops while on the wood. There were very few screens in the house which allowed lots of bugs into the house when the windows were open and the screen doors need repair/replacement as they are also showing their age. At the end of the day, the beds were okay. The master bed seemed fine, but other family members complained about the beds on the lower level. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook many meals as a family and sit around the same table together. The owners/management were great when issues arrived. The cable company changed to all digital and required new boxes for all TV's while we were there. This didn't really matter much to us as we were out doors a lot, but a quick email and we had the cable guy there the next day. Off road beach access just down the street, house was nicely located in town with grocery store and few restaurants very close Will consider renting again during value pricing, but may be a bit disappointed if we paid full summer pricing.

Absolutely Perfect

What a gorgeous property!! The house was unbelievable. 6 huge master bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels. The kitchen was WELL stocked, everything we needed to cook and serve a huge group. 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 trash cans … so cool! The elevator was a great addition to the house and made traveling between the 3 floors easy for everyone. And the kids loved it too :) The outdoor area was relaxing, super clean pool and hot tub. All this just steps from the beach but close driving to in-town amenities. And absolute must stay house in OBX!

Good Location, Well Stocked Kitchen

We enjoyed staying at this home. The top floor is roomy and partly renovated. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of tools. The coffee pots are flat bottom filters, fyi. The downstairs bedrooms which is four bedrooms are a bit dated but the floors are new. All toilets are a bit tilted and old. One bathroom didn't have a sink plug so things can easily fall down. The towel hanger is broken. The mattresses could use a replacement as they are old. The furniture outside is very nice especially on the top deck for a nice view of the ocean and enjoying a cocktail. The hot tub cover is in shambles and leaves styrofoam in the hot tub and particles of the vinyl. Be careful when removing. Everything else felt clean and comfortable! We had 8 adults and two kids and slept comfortably!

Nice home

The home was very nice and kitchen was fully equipped as stated. Fairly clean. Everything was very nice but there was a couple of things need addressed. The electrical outlet in master bathroom does NOT work. Therefor drying hair and using curling iron or flat iron had to be done elsewhere and there are not mirrors around those outlets. Tough for a woman. Also a kitchen outlet didn't work. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced immediately. It's very intimidating and difficult to remove and there are styrofoam coming out everywhere and into the water and on our bodies and swimsuits. The bed skirt in master room was ripped all around. These repairs or replacements are not expensive and need to be done.

Beach stay

Our family had a great stay! We would consider staying here again. It was comfortable for the 7 of us. The pool and hot tub were clean and were a fun option if not on the beach. We were impressed that that staff came mid week to tend to both. The beach was very close with convenient access. Only negative from family members staying on second floor is that the mattresses were not comfortable. But that did not stop us from having a great time
