Perched on the eastern slope of Orchid Beach, Orchid Blue is a massive, functional three-level pole-home built to maximise your Fraser Island (K'gari) experience. Designed for large groups and multi-family trips, this house offers a comfortable, well-equipped base for your next adventure.
The Space: Room to Breathe

The layout is spread across four levels so the crew can socialise together without being cramped.

Ground Level: Features a fully fenced yard surrounded by the privacy of lush tropical gardens. This area is built for afternoon sessions with an outdoor firepit, a massive outdoor table and chairs, and festoon lighting for added ambience. Easy parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Level 1: A self-contained space featuring 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living/dining area that opens onto a wrap-around balcony with bushland views and its own Weber BBQ. This level also includes a bathroom and a separate entrance for the laundry and an additional second toilet.

Level 2: This level features vaulted ceilings and a large deck built for entertaining, complete with raised tables, Bar seating, a dedicated drinks fridge in arms reach, and a second Weber BBQ. Inside, the space includes a massive dining table and lounge room, along with two Queen bedrooms and the large well equipped main kitchen area.

Level 3 (The Loft & Observation Deck): Accessed via a spiral staircase, this high-ceilinged loft features 5 single beds—a favourite for kids and teenagers. This level opens onto the Observation Deck, the highest point of the house, offering massive 180-degree views from Waddy Point to Sandy Cape. This is the premier spot for watching the whales passing by and incredible stargazing at night.

Cooking: Dual Weber BBQs, gas cooktops, ovens, and coffee machines. The kitchens are fully equipped for large-scale group catering.
