Kommen Sie und fühlen Sie sich in unserem neu renovierten Handwerkerhaus mit traditionellen Holzakzenten und originalen Holzböden wie zu Hause. Bequeme Kombination von modernen Annehmlichkeiten mit historischem Charme. Dieses schöne Haus ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde 1885 erbaut.
Unser Ferienhaus bietet all Ihren Komfort von zu Hause aus und noch viel mehr. Sie können in unserer Gartensuite entspannen, die sich zu unserem schönen Garten im Hinterhof öffnet, oder in unserer klassischen Suite, die sich zum Wohnbereich hin öffnet, für eine noch gemütlichere Atmosphäre. Genießen Sie Brettspiele, schauen Sie sich T. V. an oder entspannen Sie einfach am Kamin bei einem Glas Wein.
Stöbern Sie in unseren süßen, mondänen Boutiquen oder trinken Sie einen Kaffee in einem unserer örtlichen Cafés. Was auch immer Sie sich vorstellen, Santa Rosa hat alles.

Neugierig, was die Innenstadt von Santa Rosa so wunderbar macht? Mit nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß die Straße hinunter können Sie unsere Innenstadt besuchen, um einige der lokal hergestellten Biere in unserer berühmten "Russian River Brewery" zu genießen, Wein und Cocktails bei "Perch & Plough" oder "Bird & the Bottle" zu genießen. Tim and Caroline’s cottage was perfect for our two night stay. We loved how close it was to the shops and restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Definitely recommend.

Very cute property. Just what we needed for a night, Close to downtown. Parking available. I would say to warn people about the skylights in the bedroom, since there was a lot of light all night and morning coming through. Also, the toilet had an issue, but maybe just old pipes. Communication with owner was quick to respond.

Peaceful, convenient, easy

Peaceful setting, great neighborhood, all of the amenities provided were accessible and easy to use. Fenced in yard was such a nice feature for the dogs. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. I wish I lived here!

Great weekend getaway spot!

We came to the area for a wedding and stayed here for 2 nights. The cottage is adorable and spacious. Many restaurants and spots in town are less than a 10 min walk away. We had everything we needed during our stay and all instructions from the hosts were clear. We especially loved the outdoor area with the fire pit. We made some great memories here! Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to wine country.

The property was clean, comfortable, and absolutely’as advertised’ - only issues were a hairdryer that did not work, and coffee maker that did not work properly. We communicated these issues to the host. She was very responsive, but informed us she was unable to fix these issues. We had to purchase a hairdryer, and go out for coffee every morning. Other than that, everything was great. Loved the location and the cottage.

This place was such a nice place to relax. The town is within walking distance and the Italian restaurant next door was great. The bedroom has French doors that lead to a beautiful garden. This place was truly amazing. I am saving the info so that I may return.

Wine country get away

This location was a great spot for our vacation to Napa and Sonoma, convenient drives from the location. The cottage was well maintained and very guest friendly. This may be the best equipped VRBO kitchen I’ve used. We cooked breakfast there daily. We’d stayed in Napa, Sonoma, and Petaluma on previous trips and found a lot about the Santa Rosa location to commend itself.

Great location

Had a couple minor issues. Host seemed very responsive. My main issue I will mention here is the male cologne smell on 2 of the pillows that really irritated me. The other items I’ll let the host know about. Overall a very nice place but needed a little more attention to detail.

Lovely clean cottage

The owners were very communicative, the property was lovely and clean. It had everything we needed with plenty of space and a beautiful outside space. This location was just a 5 minute walk to friends that live nearby so we look forward to booking again in the future. :)

Beautiful Cottage in a Great Location

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. We chose the cottage because the location was central for everything we wanted to see/do. The cottage looked exactly as it did in the listing. The check-in process was easy and the cottage was beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked eith pots/pans/utensils. The backyard was lovely and having the grill was wonderful. Overall perefect for my husband and i to explore the area. We would recommend this cottage and would stay here again!

We love spending time with our family and friends, being outdoors, taking road trips and traveling the world. We can appreciate how important it is to stay in a relaxing, comfortable, and clean environment. It's always been our passion to have our own rental cottage and now we can't wait to share it with the rest of the world.
