Kürzlich renoviertes 2-stöckiges historisches Stadthaus voller Charme. Betreten Sie durch die rote Haustür dieses Hauses eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler, einem großen neuen Kühlschrank und einem Essbereich für vier Personen. Gegenüber der Küche finden Sie die Waschmaschine Trockner für Ihre Konnektivität. Das Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss ist mit freiliegenden Ziegeln und Holzbalken versehen und mit einem Sofa, Kabel-TV und einem Schreibtischbereich ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten mit Stauraum. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Duschkabine an das Wohnzimmer angeschlossen.

Very pleasant stay

My wife and I were in town for work. We brought our dog. The apartment was clean and nice. Exactly as pictured. Wi-Fi worked great for two Zoom meetings occurring simultaneously. Wonderful neighborhood. We walked to dinner each night of our stay.

Awesome spot

Easy access, and access to parking. Nice layout, wish it was warm enough to have a fire in the backyard/garden.

Not what we expected....

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed with this property which lacked even the most basic amenities like any hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, to not being able to open any windows (some marked Do Not Open and others not marked) and a dilated dresser in one of the bedrooms lined with Trader Joe's bags and cardboard. The other bedroom did not have a dresser. There were also a few lamps that did not work and the banister was very shaky.

This is a tough review. This historic home is $200-$250/night in peak season. Our other Georgetown homes are $700 - $800/night during the same period. Price is an indication of what quality one can expect. The photos and description are accurate, this is a simple historic home, thoughtfully furnished and decorated, in a great Georgetown location. We have taken the feedback and made improvements. We added a dresser so there is one in each bedroom, and we lined the drawers with shelf paper. We also added a standing towel/clothing rack to each bedroom, (both bedrooms also have a closet and hangers). We added a rack in the shower to hold toiletries. We ensured all the lamps are indeed working properly, note that there are recessed ceiling lights in every room. We hope that you read the other reviews as well.
