Absolutely recommend Pincots Cottage and host Sue.Sue's booking confirmations and communications were prompt and clear. The 3-brm house was perfect for our group. Magic setting with peaceful farm and rolling hills outlook, spacious rooms and modern facilities. Super close to Lake Karapiro and Domain/cafe. The home-made condiment treats were a delicious bonus. Will definitely consider staying again when future events are held in Karapiro. Many thanks Sue.

Thank you Fiona. Full equipped kitchen means you can eat in or select one of the wonderful restaurants/cafes to eat out in Cambridge. Comfortable beds are so important for a relaxing stay, as is peace and quiet. No road noise - just country side views.

Pincots Cottage stay

Lovely spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. We were there to visit Hobbiton and the glo caves. It was centrally located. We slept well and would stay again in the future.

Lots to see and do in the area. Hobbiton, Rotorua, Waitomo Caves, black sand beaches on the west coast or golden sand on the East coast, native walks etc etc. Glad you all enjoyed your stay.

Exactly as described. Owners were wonderful. Cambridge is such a beautiful area centrally located to many of the sites we were visiting. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Having recently retired from dairy farming, my husband and I have settled on a small lifestyle block nestled in Karipiro. We raise a number of cattle, have some chickens and a small dog called April.

• Private cottage for your own comfort.
• The living area has a complete kitchen and comfortable lounge area.
• A ranch sliding door opens out to a larger decked area, outdoor table and chairs with unobtrusive view of Mount Maungatautari.
• The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.
• Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper supplied.
• The electric heat pump/air conditioner will keep you toasty warm in winter, and cool and comfortable in summer.
• The bedrooms allow for privacy and space. The large wardrobes are perfect for storing your gear.
• Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels provided.
• There is a washing machine and laundry powder.
• Unlimited wifi available.

Please note there are three bedrooms available with different bedding configurations, upon a booking request please specify the bedding arrangement you require.
Bedroom One has a king bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Two has a super king bed which can be configured into two king singles (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Three has a king bed and double bunk bed with a single bunk bed on top. This room also has an ensuite. (sleeps 5)
Bedrooms will be accessible depending on the numbers in your party.
