Entzückende & gemütliche 1. Etage, 1 BR Wohnung bietet einen Pool und eine Wäscherei nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Beliebte Restaurants, öffentliches Angelgebiet, Basketballplatz, Skatepark und Ballfeld sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über 1 Queensize-Bett und ein Pyramiden-Etagenbett mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch ein Queen Schlafsofa. Es gibt Parkplätze für 1 Kleinwagen neben dem Gebäude oder ein normalgroßes Fahrzeug auf einem Nebengrundstück. (insgesamt 1 Platz) Der Gast liefert Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Seifen und Papierprodukte. Diese Unterkunft verfügt nicht über eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner oder einen Geschirrspüler. Für diese Unterkunft ist ein optionales Wäschepaket erhältlich. Boardwalk Rock weekend stay

The property was 5 star as far as location! Was just enough room for 6 adults. Kitchen was well equipped. My biggest complaint is the musty/damp smell. Everything we brought home had to be washed (sheets/blanket/clothes) and you still could smell a bit of must. It could use a deep clean but served our purpose quite well for the weekend.

Don't go on senior week!!

Property clean. Stay was very loud and lots of Marijuana smell it was awful. Fair warning don't go on senior week they are out of control and nothing is done about it. What a disappointment!

The condo was “clean” but not really. There was black mold on the curtains above the air conditioner where you sleep. Behind the beds were previous renters water bottles and bags and A LOT of dirt and dust. It was extremely musty smelling. All the baseboards and corners of the rooms were very dirty. The blind on the door for the bedroom (that lead to the outside of the condo) was missing pieces, so you could see inside. I parked my small compact car outside the condo and got a warning sign to move to the bigger lot or I would get towed, even though there is a sign on the front of the condo that specifically states that’s compact cars can park there. You could also hear ALL the neighbors in the rooms next to ours. Upstairs someone constantly ran up and down the floor till well after 2am, in the bathroom I could hear a bachelorette party going on and could tell you word from word their entire conversation and in the living room I heard a family fight all weekend. Very thin walls. And lastly, I contacted the owners twice…once about the flooded roads wanting to know if there was a different way to access parking and the other was about the warning sign on my car…both times the owner never responded till the following day. Not very helpful. Overall, location is good, except the road always floods. I guess you get what you pay for. We won’t stay again.

Hi Alexandria Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I believe that you arrived after hours during Tropical Storm Erin. The downtown area you were staying in does get some street flooding during high tide. I believe that you called after hours, and there was not much we could do as you arrived at high tide. When you called regarding the compact car parking, it was also after 5 PM, when we close. We do have an answering service for emergencies after hours; however, the locations for additional parking were noted on your check-in package. We did call you the following morning in both cases to make sure all was good, and you assured us all was good.

we have stayed right on the boardwalk in past couple years, which was more convenient, but this one bedroom condo unit on the 1st floor was great for space and much more affordable. If you don't mind walking the 2.5 blocks to the beach, it's got everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, pool access a few steps away across the street, outdoor (non-enclosed) shower to wash the sand before you go inside. Also a cute balcony with 4 chairs to hang out at night with a glass of wine. The bedroom can easily fit 2 adults on the queen plus 2 small kids on the full and 1 kid on top bunk (though 4 total would be more comfortable). We were a family of 3 and this place was more then adequate. Parking was easy (compact car can fit easily right outside the door but if not compact car, parking is still free across the street). The park is one block away with basketball, playground, skate park. Small mini-mart on the way to/fro the beach (Mitchell's). We ended up driving to a few restaurants about 5 blocks away, parked our car, walked the boards at night since the action is pretty much the Inlet to 3rd street, then drove home 5minutes, it was very easy. If you're up for it, you can easily walk to some great restaurants (De Lazy Lizard was our fave due to the playground... but Angler, MC Ducks, Marina Deck and a few others come to mind). I would've liked to have visited the Spain rooftop deck also in that area but we didn't have enough time. Great place to stay!

Clean freaks should pass on this

If you are a clean freak, do yourself a favor and just pass on this listing. They need to hire a better cleaner or at least do a deep cleaning of this place every so often. You can tell they do the bare minimum. I had to clean the filters to both AC’s and wipe down the bunk bed that had black mold on it from the AC. 2. The rental had a mildew smell 3. Garbage scattered all around the property outside along with people partying outside from other units above and beside you. 4. Security came knocking on my door saying the cleaners were scheduled to be there and that we needed to leave but our reservation ended the following day. No apologies ever given for the scare or mess up on whoever’s end. 5. Have to check in and out between certain hours at a totally different location in OCMD. 6. Swimming pool & Parking lot located across the street , you’re lucky if you find a spot to park in it though. 7. Air conditioner from upstairs unit poured down on us the entire time and left a constant pool of water. There was absolutely no way to relax inside or outside of this rental after a long day in the sun. Not worth the price what do ever.

Great location

This property is at the perfect location! Short walk to the beach/boardwalk and even shorter walk to see beautiful sunsets on the bay. Living space was big enough for my family of 5, but bedroom was tight (even with 3 small children) mostly because of luggage. It could have definitely been cleaner so I felt better that I had my own sheets and towels. Overall, great stay!

The unit we stayed in was so cute. It was two, three blocks from the beach right on the board walk near Jolly Roger's. My only problem was that there was hair all in the tub, shower curtain and floor of the bathroom when we arrived. Otherwise great stay,great ppl.

Not clean

The property was in a good location, short walk to the beach and the boardwalk and we were able to leave our car parked there the entire time. The condo itself was a different story - it did not look like the place had been cleaned in a long time. I cleaned for about an hour with our own cleaning wipes before we felt comfortable enough to bring our bags and stuff in. The counter tops, stove and tables were sticky and dirty, there was sand in the beds, all kinds of dirt and crumbs on the floors. There were dirty hand towels hanging on the stove. The dishes and utensils were old and looked like they had never been properly cleaned (we didn't use them, we bought our own paper plates and plastic utensils) The blinds on 3 out of the 4 windows were broken (I mean how hard is it to replace some cheap venetian blinds?) The tile floors were cracked everywhere and the ceiling had spots in several places where they had obviously repaired it but didn't bother painting over it. This condo is definitely in need of some updates and TLC. If they are paying people to clean it, they really need to consider hiring someone new. I would not stay here again.

The condo was beautiful. I liked the location. However it wasn't as cleaned as I would have liked. The freezer was dirty. It looked like a soda exploded inside and no one cleaned it. So I had to clean it before I could use it. Also the bathtub need to be scrubbed. You could see black stains on the inside and on the side of run. I was able to scrub them off but was hoping not to clean a bathroom on my vacation. Other than that it was a nice place to stay for the price for a week.
