Dies ist ein sehr schönes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern in hervorragender Lage im historischen Viertel von San Telmo, nur zwei Blocks vom berühmten Dorrego-Platz entfernt (wo jeden Sonntag der Antiquitätenmarkt mit Tangotänzern auf den Straßen besucht werden kann). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit Blick auf einen schönen Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, eine große voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer und eine zweite Toilette. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem mit Doppelverglasung in den Fenstern des Schlafzimmers renoviert, um den Lärm von der Straße zu isolieren. Sie ist mit Kabel-TV, Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern, Stereoanlage, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Warme und schöne Option.

Das traditionsreichste und malerischste Viertel in Buenos Aires, voller Geschichte und Persönlichkeit, sehr reich an Architektur und Kunsttendenzen. Great 2 bedroom apt in the beart of San Telmo

We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located apt in San Telmo. The host was very friendly and accomodating with our check-in and check-out times. The apt is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, full kitchen and a balcony. It also has a washing machine which was convenient. Great stay.

Great apartment in San Telmo

This was a last minute find when our cruise plans fell through and we found a winner!! First, Ricardo could not have been a more gracious host. He kept in contact with me the entire stay and was so generous and helpful. The apartment is in a good location. A couple of great little restaurants and a cute coffee shop right nearby plus a fantastic market in walking distance. The apartment is nice and comfy. We loved staying here and would stay here again! Thank you Ricardo!

Great place to stay!

Ricardo is fabulous! He will help you with anything you need. :) The location is perfect! San Telmo is the place to be. :) The apartment is older and needs some updating, but it's super cute and definitely maintains the feel of the history of San Telmo. Very spacious, with friendly neighbors, in a beautiful neighborhood. Very European. Loved it! Had a great time!

Location - Location - Location

Location is a huge thing when traveling and this apartment is perfect. The Pope's BBQ is next door, with great chicken ($5.00 US for 1/2), the ribs were fatty, but taste great. The market is a block away with great vegetables, several closeby convenience stores supply everything else needed. The apartment is basic, but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the balcony and spent most mornings there enjoying the sun, and evenings with a glass of wine.The one downside is the noise. The school kids don't have much room to burn energy and have high walls on two sides for the noise to echo off of. The trucks, busses and motorcycles are numerous and the garbage pick up in the early hours is bound to wake you up.

Thank you for your review I understand the fact that you say the area is noisy , is a normal city noise and you bound to have it in any part of the city, the garbage collectors they are everywhere in the city maybe a big city is not for you. Regarding the flat I canot decorate or change furniture for every person who think I should have certain type of chair , sofa or color paint! The flat Is as the pictures shows no more no less, there is nothing deceiving or basic about the flat. Good luck and enjoy the rest of your trip.

San Telmo Apartment: Not Our Best Experience

We stayed in this apartment for six nights in March. We love the San Telmo neighborhood and have stayed in the area once before. The owner, Ricardo, is quite nice and speaks fluent English. The apartment is fairly large and has beautifully polished floors. However, it is situated on Peru Street which is extremely noisy at all times of the day and night. We like to keep windows open. If you don't mind closing the windows and balcony door, it won't be a problem. The balcony is quite long and has a table with several chairs. The linens were quite dingy and grey with use--there was some confusion with the cleaning staff who put old sheets on the bed that were extremely thin and had lost their elasticity to hold on to the mattress. The owner finally did supply new sheets for the master bedroom. The bed itself is quite squishy and my husband prefers a firm mattress, so he slept in the second bedroom. This room has two single beds. We informed the owner that they needed mattress pads. Be aware that the shower in the second bathroom is merely a shower head coming out of the wall of the tiny bathroom itself. It would be extremely difficult to use. The kitchen needs a good scubbing, particularly the insides of the cabinets as well as all the glass objects and other decor. It was difficult to see in the pictures the exact furniture in the apartment. We could not find anywhere to sit in the living area. There is a single mattress covered in faux leather, a strange orange bucket chair, and a kind of reclining deck chair. The dining table, however, is large enought to seat six people. The apartment is near Plaza Dorrego and other tourist sites in the San Telmo neighborhood.

Schöne große Wohnung in toller Gegend

Sehr schöne große Wohnung in einer guten Gegend. Man kann zu Fuß allerlei Restaurants erreichen, der berühmte San Telmo Markt ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Die U-Bahn ist 10 min entfernt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, auch sonst ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Nochmals vielen Dank an Graciela für ihre Hilfe mit dem Taxi :-) Die Kommunikation mit Ricardo war klasse, schnell und unkompliziert. Danke dafür Jan

Great location. Ricardo was responsive to our questions and concerned our stay was comfortable.

Safe, comfortable, and clean. Lot of traffic noise during the day. Bed was comfortable. Great location. Not fancy but adequate. The apartment is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy taxi and bus transportation. Air conditioned bedrooms. Bring your own hairs dryer. Good WiFi access. Lots of space. Elevator is small but fast to the 3rd floor. We stayed 7 nights and would recommend it.

Great Apartment

Apartament are in very good location, cozy and well furnitured. Rooms were precise clean, no noises from outside. Ricardo was great with communication, very friendly and thoughtfull. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

Fantastic BA Apartment

We have stayed in two other apartments in San Telmo, but since discovering this treasure, we have had three wonderful stays in a row. We are frequent travellers to BA, and wouldn't dream of staying elsewhere. Ricardo has been the most attentive owner we have ever encountered in our many apartment stays in Europe and South America. Clean, super location, and a very well equipped kitchen. We hosted a dinner party during our last stay, and comfortably cooked a three course dinner in the large kitchen. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area, as well as, a huge take out parilla (bbq) next door. A.C. works well, and the two elevators are quite quick, with almost no wait.

Great Apartment Great Location

This is a very large, well equipped, air conditioned apartment, located in a very safe part of San Telmo. Just below the apartment is a take away Parilla with a huge grill. Excellently prepared beef, pork , chicken and salads, all at very reasonable prices. You are also only 2 blocks from 2 wine stores, San Telmo Market, a bakery, and a fresh pasta store. The only negative, and this didn't bother us greatly, is that it could use a new bed. Might be a problem if you had a bad back. We spent a lot of time on the long balcony taking in the dailey life unfolding 3 floors below. We will be back next year.

Felt like home away from home

We two women spent 10 days in this apartment. It was very comfortable, well furnished, with a very large balcony where we spent a lot of time! Modern bathroom with excellent water pressure and lots of hot water! The location is perfect for San Telmo, great neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores, and Dorrego Plaza is a few blocks away! Easy walk to the subway, too. The apartment has good energy, we always felt safe and secure. Horacio and Ricardo were eay to reach with any questions. We truly felt they wanted the best for us! I would recommend this rental!!

Best place in Buenos Aires ever

The apartment is great and spacious, the building is very well kept 1930's period also very nice balcony overlooking the street. I love the neighbourhood it is near the main square where lots of things are happening. Ricardo was very communicative and kind and his brother Horacio who took care of our check in and out was attentive to our needs. We had a great holidays and if We come back to Argentina I will definitely stay here. Thank you Ricardo and Horacio
