Riesige 4 Schlafzimmer plus Höhle plus Dachboden plus Master-Wohnzimmer sowie einen privaten Pool sowie einen beheizten Gemeinschaftspool hinter dem Grundstück. Ein tragbarer Poolzaun in der Garage steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Schlaf 20. Es gibt ein großes Esszimmer mit TV neben der Küche und Frühstücksbereich in der Küche mit einem hohen Tisch mit 8 Stühlen, die 2018 hinzugefügt wurden. Alle Betten sind von hoher Qualität mit Kissen und wir haben ein tolles Feedback von Gästen zu den Betten. Im Obergeschoss verfügt das große Schlafzimmer über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Schlafzimmer 3 hat ein Kingsize-Bett. Schlafzimmer 4 verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Die offene Höhle kann als 5. Schlafzimmer mit Schlafsofa oder Luftmatratze genutzt werden. Das Loft verfügt über ein Schlafsofa oder eine Luftmatratze. Zusätzliche 4 Queen Luftmatratzen mit Gel-Schaum Topper Komfort passen problemlos in den Master, Dachboden, und ein Wohnzimmer. Grassy Park befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus und einen gemeinsamen Raum Gehweg ist auf einer Seite. Der Gehweg führt zum beheizten Gemeinschaftspool hinter dem Grundstück auf der anderen Seite des Parks. Nur ein Haus grenzt an das Grundstück. Alle Gäste müssen den örtlichen Verordnungen und Regeln zu befolgen. Volle Kaution ist gefährdet, wenn wir einen Zwischenfall mit der Polizei oder Nachbarn. Kein Parken auf der Straße oder laute Geräusche (Musik, Party usw.) zwischen 22:00 und 05:00 Uhr an allen Tagen. (Die Zufahrt und Garage kann über Nacht 6 Fahrzeuge passen.) (Überlaufparken befindet sich am Ende des Blocks. Trash und Papierkörbe müssen auch von der Straße entfernt werden sofort, nachdem sie entleert werden. Wir lieben Ferienhäuser. Helfen Sie uns, fröhliche Nachbarn und Gemeinschaften zu erhalten.
* Kürzlich wurde ein weiteres Bett hinzugefügt, das der Unterkunft 3 Kingsize-Betten und eine Königin und 2 Einzelbetten sowie 2 Queensize-Schlafsofas gibt.

Beautiful home. Perfect for our family stay for our son’s wedding. Very quiet you didn’t hear a lot of noise from other guests even tho there were lots of us. Nice walking trail goes past the house.

Plenty of room. Well-equipped kitchen. Love the nearby park that’s easy to walk to. At least two inflatable mattresses don’t hold air and should be replaced. Kitchen drawers need to be cleaned better. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would stay there again.

The property was not clean and was not stocked with essentials. There was clothes from previous guests left behind as well as garbage (dirty diapers) left in the closest. It’s too bad because the neighborhood is beautful and the amenities overall are fantastic. This house was overpriced for what we got and definitely needs updating

We are disappointed that you would leave such a poor review. After you contacted us, we offered to have the cleaning service come back. Unfortunately, no one expects to see or find dirty diapers in a closet and often, guests leave clothing behind. Your group included 12 guests. With all fees included, you paid $68 dollars per night per guest. You can hardly call that overpriced in March. All but one of the photos you sent about the cleaning were in hidden places. A corner of the closet under the stairs, the pullouts under the sink, the floor under a rug. We do want our guests to be happy and satisfied, so we have given all of your feedback to our cleaning service and maintenance and hope to have more guests make wonderful memories here in the future.

Property is average in need of some TLC. Primary shower area not sure if dark growth is just dirty or moldy. main floor sink area floor build up. and no battery in smoke detector in one bedroom. No outlet cover in one bedroom old food should be removed in our opinion. Garage is a mess. The host was excellent and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Thank you

Amazing Stay

FIVE STARS! From start to finish our family had the best stay. We were in town for a pole vault camp and the home was 5 minutes away. The home offered spacious rooms with ample space for kids and adults to relax. And the pool of course was a hit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
