The open plan fully-equipped kitchen allows a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills, and the dining area a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal.

Also, please note, there is a day bed in the living area and not a sofa. The day bed serves as the 3rd person sleeping area.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an oven in the kitchen but it's out of order, please keep this in mind before booking.

If you're planning a hit-and-run retail day, this is your zone of choice, with Prahran just to your south and Richmond a short tram- or train-ride north.
Nearby, the vast Royal Botanic Gardens is popular with joggers and picnickers.

Getting Around:
Tram 58 will take you into the city or a direct train to Flinders Street. These will take about 10 minutes
