Unsere massive zweistöckige moderne Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern befindet sich im exklusiven Stadtteil Calabay Parc am Tower Lake, nur 17 Minuten von Disney am Highway 27 entfernt. Dieses abgeschlossene Resort verfügt über einen eigenen See, eine Bootsrampe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

GARANTIERTE POOL-HEIZUNG JEDES MAL DES JAHRES, WIE DIE MEISTEN VILLEN! Unser Pool und Spa (Whirlpool) sind GAS beheizt und werden unseren Pool und Whirlpool in jedem Monat beheizt !!!

Derzeit bietet das "Chateau Grande" 5 Schlafzimmer (drei davon sind Master-Suiten - davon zwei im Erdgeschoss) mit Bad, ein viertes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (auch mit angeschlossenem Bad) und ein fünftes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten!

Nach Januar 2020 werden die 5 Schlafzimmer wie folgt eingerichtet: Drei Kingsize-Master-Suiten mit eigenem Bad, ein viertes Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Einzelbett (auch mit angeschlossenem Bad) und ein fünftes Schlafzimmer mit Dekor ein Star Wars Thema mit zwei Einzelbetten !!

So so thrilled!

This home was everything we had hoped for and more! We had 7 people ranging from 17 years old to 70 years old and everyone LOVED the house! We only went out to do touristy things one day because the house was so relaxing and entertaining! We relaxed by the pool, had family movie nights in the media room, and the teenagers/young adults enjoyed the game room and video game loft! It was the most stress free vacay we’ve had in a while! And Brad and Joan were EXCELLENT hosts! So quick to respond with any questions/issues we had (which were very few and minor)! We will definitely keep this place in our hearts as somewhere we will stay again! Can NOT rate them highly enough! You will not be disappointed with your stay!

The house was very nice and came with everything the listing said. Plenty of things to do for all ages in our group of 8 at the house and room to spread out. Owners were very responsive when ever we had a question and helpful. Would def stay here again if we were in the area!

Best house weve ever rented

Everything as advertised. Awesome host, newly remodeled and done right. Weber grill, all samsung appliances and large flat screens in just about everyroom. Even a flat screen by the pool and bathroom accessible from the pool without having to track through the house. Great place, will absolutely rent again if in the area.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay! Brad and Joan are such welcoming hosts. This is the second time we've stayed in one of their rentals and can not say enough good things. The property offered everything we needed and more. We enjoyed a family movie night in the the theater, multiple dinners barbecuing on the patio, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub everyday. This trip was exactly what we needed after a long Michigan winter. If we're able, we'll definitely stay in any of their properties again! The Marble's of Michigan

Stunning home!

This property was absolutely stunning and very clean! We have 4 kids from ages 4-13 and they have declared this house and family vacation to be the best they've had yet! Property owners Brad & Joan were great at communicating and replying quickly. Kids loved the movie theater and we loved all the sunshine we got outside by the pool! Great neighborhood too!

Absolutely amazing

This rental property was absolutely amazing . Everything !! The rooms were perfect for our family, the game room was decorated so nicely and fun for all , movie room was great, pool and hot tub perfect ( no hand rail to get in hot tub if older or have any joint issues, it was difficult but not impossible, the themed rooms were so much fun, and having 3 king king rooms was great . This house is kept up and cleaned so well . Everything you could need in the kitchen is there. Even the security people at the gate are all friendly and welcoming . Brad and Joan were great at answering questions quickly . I would highly recommend this property. We loved it and made amazing memories !! Can’t say enough good about this place !!

An honest review of this villa - 10 /10 Awesome!

My family and I booked this villa for our annual Disney holiday. We were expecting much of the same as we’ve rented in the past, a decent place to stay during our off time. Well, oh boy I tell you that we were sure wrong! This villa surpassed all expectations! Yes, as always, we read all the past reviews from previous families, hearing that this villa was better than any other but from a family that’s rented 40 plus villas in this area over the past 20 years, this by far is very best yet! I really wish there was a box to rate “5 plus stars” , this would definitely be a 10! From our first impression of the community, friendly staff at the guardhouse and well kept lawns, homes and streets, this area screams vacation paradise! Walmart, 2 mins away, restaurants around the corner and parks were 20 -30 minutes depending on traffic. Once we arrived and checked in, the first impressions delivered! We thought that we were in an designer show home, perfectly decorated and stocked for our large family without anything forgotten. The theatre, themed bedroom, gaming areas and loft completely blew our kids away. I can’t believe that those murals were actual paintings. We were sure that they were decals when looking at the pictures! My son’s favourite was the Star Wars room, he spent all his spare time in there dreaming of being Luke Skywalker! The pool area really tops this villa off. It’s super private of course but absolutely massive. I’m guessing the owners must have had it custom built as it was visually larger than all the neighbors and definitely the largest we’ve ever seen. The pictures really don’t do this area justice as it’s amazing. We also appreciated the nice surprise of a dedicated pool bathroom (if you have small kids you understand). Overall, what can I say? The price of this place put it above anything else we’ve ever booked int this area, the owners are super responsive with any questions, the property management team were excellent when we needed some help with the TVs and the villa was more than we could ever have asked for. We couldn’t get dates for 2022 (they were completely booked) but have re-booked for 2023 and 2024! Thanks again Brad & Joan. You guys are amazing and have a gem here!

Best Vacation Ever

We took our family of 9 to Florida and had the “Best Vacation Ever.” The house was more than expected and provided every need we could have asked for. The grandkids loved the game room, movie theater room and swimming pool. Robin was great to check in to make sure everything was needed for our visit. The security guards were super friendly and it was nice to know we were safe and protected. Brad was an excellent host who went above and beyond to make our family feel at home. We definitely will plan on staying here on our next visit to Florida. Thank you, Dick & Vicki Stevenson

One AMAZING home! You will LOVE it!

We came to Florida during Covid for a family getaway. We were looking for a place to enjoy without leaving and we definitely were not disappointed. This villa was perfect for our staycation for our family of five. The house was gorgeous and the community is very quiet. It also has great sidewalks for a morning walk or evening stroll. Everyone out and about waves and says hello! It felt like home. The movie theatre, game room, and pool got a lot of use!! Our family watched movies almost every night in the theater and they have a large selection of DVDs available. The seats were so comfy! The arcade had over 100 classic games like Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Centipede, and Donkey Kong. The foosball and air hockey table were such fun! My kids LOVED the bright murals in here too! The pool was very private and the pool heat was perfect for January. The pool area is very large, has sun all day and an amazing view. The owners and property managers were completely on top of communication before, during, and after our stay. This villa was VERY clean, which was very important to us especially at this time. The house is stocked with everything you need. We thought the Keurig and wine cooler were great additions! The closets and cabinets had everything we needed included towels, pool towels, linens, dishes, utensils, etc. There were more than enough pots and pans too. We rent often and I can say this was the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely be returning to this villa!!!

This is a fabulous home for any family!

This property was very enjoyable! It provided our family with lots of things to do at the home to avoid leaving due to COVID 19. The kids love the game room, the gaming systems, the pool and the theater room. I would recommend this home for any family!

Absolutely perfect!

We had such an amazing vacation! We came to Florida during Covid just for a bit of a getaway and we definitely were not disappointed. We had 9 people in our group and this villa was absolutely perfect for our ‘staycation’. The kids loved the Star Wars room and the movie theatre got lots of use!! The arcade with all the games was a hit (especially the classic pac-man game) with both the kids and adults in our group. We have never stayed in this community before but the privacy in the pool area is fantastic and the community is very quiet. The owners and property managers were very attentive and easy to get in touch with. We read the reviews on this villa before booking and I just wanted to add to what others have said, this villa was VERY clean, which was very important to us especially at this time, and the pictures and descriptions are exactly what the villa is. You do truly have everything you need and the owners advertise it as being well stocked, which is completely accurate. The pictures don’t show you what is in the closets or cabinets but we had everything we needed, tons of towels/linens/dishes/utensils, etc. We rent often and I can say this place was absolutely one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely be returning to this villa!!!

Stay here!! You won’t regret it!!

First off, I normally do not write reviews, but I just had to this time because thus place is incredible! My family and I came down for a week and we wish we had stayed longer! Everything about this place is amazing, there is plenty to keep the kids entertained, the pool area is so private, and the house has everything you need. The owner Brad is very helpful and easy to reach and the local manager Robin is also great! Oh and the theatre...we watched a movie every single night, and it was incredible!! You really feel like you are in a real movie theatre! We are already looking at coming back next year and will be recommending this place to our family and friends!

Wow wow wow wow!!!!! INCREDIBLE !!!!!!! We already booked for next year!!!

Ok.... First we must say that we were really hoping that this villa was as nice as the pictures on the ad but WOW, what an incredible place!!! My kids can’t stop taking about this home and the incredible time we had there! We actually tried to extend our stay by a few days but they had another family coming in the day we left (no surprise). Leading up to booking this home we must have looked at hundreds of places, literally, we spent all day trying to find the right place for our family then stumbled on this great place! And are we glad we did! From the minute we walked in the front door we knew we made the right choice! We loved the community, so quiet and peaceful )it’s pretty impressive pulling up to the guardhouse with the big towers - I think the kids were actually thinking we are staying at Disney!) the community is that impressive! Anyway, we walked into the villa and what an amazing job Brad and Joan did with this place. Clearly all very high end furniture and finishings. Everything is very well looked after and maintained. The pool area very large, sun all day with an amazing view over a green space. We were blown away with the theatre, arcade (I loved the Pac-Man and retro games) and the kids couldn’t wait to go to bed in the Star Wars bedroom ;who would have known???). All in all this place is that good! We were supposed to make trip east next year but the family voted and we have already booked a return trip! Thank you again so much for sharing your amazing home with us Brad and Joan! We are really looking forward to returning next year!

If it’s available, don’t hesitate, book right away!!! My family and I can’t stop talking about this incredible Villa! We felt that it was worth the effort to spend some time writing this review to help other families while they decide if this is right for them! I should start by saying that there wasn’t one negative aspect about this Villa or the area! We’ve rented in Florida countless times before and this was by far the very best! Here are some high points - Beds are awesome, high quality mattresses and linens unlike some other places we’ve rented. The pool area is south facing and super private. It’s also very very large (likely they largest than any previous place) and we loved having the pool bath accessed right off the pool deck! We also loved having a tv poolside to watch later in the evening. The arcade and gaming loft are incredible! The talent and time that went into hand painting those murals is nothing less than amazing! The kids loved those areas! The theatre was my favourite! You would truly believe you are in a professional theatre! From the real theatre carpet, seats, sound and massive screen it creates a actually theatre experience!! Great job! Overall the villa is very well maintained and well stocked! The kitchen has everything we needed and more! We also appreciated not having to rent a bbq as the villa came with one! Needless to say we’ve already rebooked for next year! Thanks again for everything and we look forward to our return!

Outstanding property with tons of amenities. Exactly as advertised.

We loved the property and all the amenities it offered. Despite many of the attractions still not opened due to Covid we were never bored. The location was convenient to Orlando and surrounding areas and the owners were available should any needs arrise.
