SEASIDE LUXURY HOME
Welcome to Allure by the Sea, beach front luxury home - you can't get a better beach holiday location than this. Daydream on the deck with its wide open views. Stroll 50 metres straight across the road and your toes hit the sand and water of Bartlett's Beach. Watch the kids roam in the park and see the world go by while paragliders take flight in front of you, all observed from the outdoor entertaining area. Bartlett's Beach is a beautiful sheltered bay, great for collecting shells, playing on the rocks, swimming and boogie boarding. Patrolled Rainbow beach, surf break, shops and and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive.
Modern two storey home. Open plan living. Two lounges. Dream kitchen, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine. Free Wi-FI, smart TV, linen and beach towels.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Each level features a living area, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The lower level also features a kitchenette and a bath/shower; perfect for a larger family, a family with little ones or perhaps 2 families holidaying together. Downstairs living and play area includes books, games, a DVD library, modern TV with surround sound system.

PARKING
One uncover carport spot and another on-site parking spot available, fits two cars. Plenty of space for boats and trailers. The property is located on a corner block with plenty of street parking space. The beach park with parking is across the road and can be observed from the deck.

NO PETS ALLOWED
Sorry this house does not allow pets as it faces the road on every side and many dog walkers walk past, so we like to avoid barking. Also there is no fenced garden, the deck and front yard open up to the road and park. Beachscape has plenty of other pet friend accommodation choices, just filter on 'pets friendly'.

OTHER
Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, hens and bucks parties.
Quiet time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

A relaxing break!

This property accommodated 4 couples comfortably and the home provided everything we needed. Great location for swimming and walking, with wineries, cafes and restaurants not too far away. Great views, clean and very comfortable!

Wonderful house in a great location

A stone throw away from the beach. This must be the best location in Bonny Hills. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We loved it.

This house is lovely. Great location for a beach holiday.

Great house. We had terrible weather and only got to the beach once. So the little touches like the cards of inspiration for things to do where fantastic as was the internet and Netflix. You truely don’t need to bring anything, everything you need is there. Thank you.

Awesome location, fantastic house layout, gorgeous balcony with day bed

2 families staying over winter. This house is very protected from the cold, gas heaters upstairs & downstairs , exquisite balcony with a perfect day bed. Beds so comfortable in all rooms. Plenty of room for 2 families. Cleanliness on point. Perfect for the cooler months. Possible look at installing air con or fans for summer. Will be back, love this place

Better views then the race track

Booked this amazing place for the weekend while in the area Kart racing home the road! Group of 8 of us had plenty of room for the weekend. Would highly recommend! I also left my earbuds at the house and they were more than willing to assist in sending them back to me!

Beautiful home away from home

Loved this property for our school holiday break with the kids. Home was just as the photos described. Having 2 living areas was fantastic with teenagers. Very close to beach and amenities. Couldn’t have asked for better. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Quiet, beautiful location

The property was neat and well presented and we were welcomed with a lovely gift basket on arrival. Even though on a corner, the property was in a quiet location with Bartlett's Beach a 2 minute walk away. The views from the park are breathtaking and we spent many a restful hour on the huge deck reading and relaxing in the sun. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Well positioned and equiped

We enjoyed our stay at this property that ticked all the boxes for us. Nicely positioned in a spot that was not busy at all, with a lovely park across the road where we could play games, and the beach just down the steps. The house was super clean and well equipped - suited the needs of two separate families really well.

We really enjoyed staying at Allure by the Sea. The house was great, it had everything you could want supplied, a terrific veranda to relax on in the evenings and was close to the beach and shops. We will definitely be coming again. Note we stayed in 2018 not 2017
