Oozing style this newly renovated home ticks all the boxes accommodating 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is truly a home of complete luxury. Entering from the back of the house you are met with the pool surrounded by the oasis like garden. A real wow factor, the design of the pool is completely unique and offers an amazing lounging/entertaining area whilst enjoying family lunches and fun in the pool.
The main entrance introduces you to the chic stylish feel of the home. With large double doors opening into the home it creates an inviting vibe from the moment you step through. With the entry level mostly open plan you are captured by the view, with the kitchen ideally located in the middle of the open plan style level. Also on this level you will find the Master bedroom with en-suite along with the second Queen bedroom with a large bathroom located close by.

Hidden away is a staircase down to the lower level. One offers two single beds, and the bunk room is available only for children over the age of 8 years. Both these rooms share a bathroom with bath. The two single beds bedroom offers a large open plan living area within that opens onto the lower level deck with hanging chair. Top of the range audio visual equipment is catered to on both the top and lower levels, there is also undercover parking for 2 cars, noting no more than this can be parked at the house however street parking is available.

Palm Beach Oasis provides an amazing welcoming feeling as you walk through, the interiors throughout are stylish, luxe and chic. Everything works perfectly throughout the house each piece complimenting the other. The home has been lovingly renovated to perfection and offers guests an amazing experience in a beautiful home. Combining luxury and style along with a unique garden oasis and swimming pool that can be heated for an additional cost of $150.00/day minimum 2 x days.

What families Love
The separated levels appeal to families with the downstairs ideal for children 10 years and over and upstairs for the parents ensuring that everyone has their own space and escape haven in this beautiful home. Of course the pool, is a constant source of entertainment for all!

Franks on the beach - Located at Whale Beach Surf Club right opposite Whale Beach is a wonderful cafe making great food and coffee.

Jonahs Restaurant - Fine dining restaurant up on Bynya Road which is a walk up the hill or a 2 minute drive. Courtesy bus available to drop guests home is on offer.
Palm Beach Village - A short drive away and offering some more great cafes and boutique shops including Palm Beach Wine and Cheese.
