Perfect family getaway

This is the perfect location. Far enough away from the crowd but conveniently close to beaches and shopping. Thankful not to worry about having to pack sheets or necessities. Most thankful for the kitchen to have appliances and cooking items to save some money to cook at "home" for my picky eaters. The pool was also very nice for "late night" swim after the beach.

Great spot and plenty of room!

We had half of the adults working online and the way it is laid out was perfect. Great location-close to beaches and shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood too.

Check-in was easy and everything was pretty clean. Some of the appliances were in rough shape and the oven started smoking and smelling like chemicals when we tried to use it. The one shower didn’t drain. The porch was really nice and the house was just right for what we needed.

Great location

I was delighted that the kitchen was stocked equipment-wise, minus a cutting board. Everything was in working order, and the home was clean for the most part. I also appreciated the clean and functional laundry room, which enabled us to clean up after our beach trips. And the location is outstanding -- quiet, with a lot of eateries up the road, and a very comfortable running distance to the beach via the shady tree-lined neighborhoods north of Rehoboth Ave. We enjoyed our stay.

We followed up with the homeowner, who let us know that they are always working to improve their property and value guest feedback with suggestions. They have recently added a new washing machine, updated the kitchen faucet, and made repairs on the furniture. More updates are planned for later this year as well. Beach Trip

The location was amazing, close to beaches, shopping restaurants. I wish there were more bath towels, wash clothes available. Kitchen was pretty and spacious but the silverware drawers were a mess and did not look very clean. Rewashed silverware and dishes. The pool was very clean and close to the house which was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, I would just recommend more towels and wash clothes be available and the kitchen more organized. Thank you

Good location

This place worked for our family and we were glad it was available. It needed additional cleaning and the property management company was a call-in number to recordings. (They were unresponsive and unhelpful.) Sheets and towels were provided. We brought them because we could not get this information. The location is very convenient and with a little felxibility it worked just fine.

The house was mostly clean. Something spilled in silverware drawer and was all over everything in the drawer. House oddities a little worn. A couple knobs and patio door loose. It was fine over all.

Good location but terrible beds

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and wanted a place for the whole family and the dog to stay. The house was in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the things we needed and wanted to do. It had plenty of space for all of us and was very clean. My only complaint would be that the mattresses on the beds were terribly uncomfortable. You could feel every spring and piece of metal. They felt very old and worn out. Might want to invest in some new ones. Otherwise the house was good.

Overall, the property appeared as described, check-in was easy, and the location was convenient to the beaches. It was obvious, though, that it had not been throughly cleaned in quite a while. When first entering the property there was a strong smell of fabuloso that made our eyes water and took a couple hours to air out, so I assume the downstairs floors had been mopped. But the showers are moldy and the master bath still had trash in the trash can and there was also hair in the shower. Most of the pillows did not have pillow cases. We found what looked like dog food on the floor downstairs. The blinds and other fixtures were also very dusty. We also found a water bottle under one of the beds. There was dirty cookware in the kitchen that had been put away with old food on it, and some ants. Again, it was fine for the convenience but none of us felt entirely comfortable staying here knowing it wasn’t clean.

Great dog friendly location, close to both Dewey and Rehoboth

Disappointed by lack of cleanliness of floors, tables, and counters ( kitchen and bathrooms). Luckily they had a ton of cleaning supplies so I cleaned first thing. Other than that, great place to stay and quiet condo complex in great location!!!
