Das Atlantic Ocean 3 ist ein haustierfreundliches Reihenhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 B��dern, das sich im Beachside Colony Resort-Komplex befindet und einfachen Zugang zu drei Gemeinschaftspools, dem Strand und dem Atlantischen Ozean sowie dem hauseigenen Restaurant The Deck bietet. Sie befinden sich direkt gegenüber vom Memorial Park mit einem wunderschönen Spielplatz, Volleyballplätzen, Basketballplätzen, Tennisplätzen, der Tybee Library und dem YMCA. Diese großartige Lage auf der Insel ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von mehreren beliebten Restaurants entfernt.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Garage für 2 Autos, ein Eingangsfoyer, eine ebenerdige Terrasse mit Gasgrill, eine Außendusche und ein Fußweg zum Strand. Die Hauptfoyer-Treppe führt in die 2. Etage, die die Hauptebene des Stadthauses ist. Im Obergeschoss werden die Gäste auf einem schönen offenen Grundriss mit schönen Fliesenböden und direktem Meerblick begrüßt. Der Wohnbereich umfasst ein Queen-Schlafsofa, einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player und einen möblierten Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand. Dieses wunderschöne Stadthaus wurde umfassend renoviert, einschließlich einer aktualisierten Küche mit brandneuen Arbeitsplatten und Armaturen. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem TV und einem Vollbad neben dem Flur.

In der obersten Etage befinden sich zwei Hauptschlafzimmer. Das erste, Oceanfront Master Bedroom verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein angeschlossenes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Dieses Zimmer liegt direkt am Meer und verfügt über einen schönen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang von Ihrer Master Suite aus! Der zweite Meister auf dieser Ebene verfügt außerdem über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Es gibt ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Diese Ebene umfasst auch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die ebenerdige Garage bietet Platz für 2 Fahrzeuge in Standardgröße. Eine dritte Parklücke, die ein übergroßes Fahrzeug aufnehmen kann, befindet sich in der umzäunten Parkfläche neben den Townhomes.

Beachside Colony bietet Poolwärme zwischen Oktober und März. Poolwärme ist nur in einem Pool verfügbar und wird je nach Wetter und Mechanik beheizt. Dies ist keine garantierte Ausstattung.

We had great views off the balconies, however the best view was from the top floor off the master bedroom. We were all family so shared the balcony each morning and evening. Overall property had good space but was showing wear.

Needs updating/deep cleaning

Needs cleaning: Grout throughout the condo is filthy and showers have visible pink mold starting to grow. Kitchen had dirty glasses and inside of cabinets have stains. One wine glass had leftover lipstick on it! Front of fridge, cabinets, & dishwasher had food/drink splashes that were not wiped up. Kitchen sink has rust. Updating: Filter grille for vent in dining area is disgusting & rusty. Most of all the kitchen cabinets have circular scrapes around them where the handle pulls are with paint missing. Faucet in shower of bdrm upstairs is hanging off the shower wall. Master bedroom: this was the most updated area but the bed is so high that it was extremely difficult to get into for everyone in our group aged 20-56. No chair or bench to sit in that room either. There is a very limited view on the main level of the ocean due to the trees & foliage overgrowth. Water pressure is very bad throughout. The door outside in backyard to the trash area is open to the parking lot with no lock. Anyone could walk in off the street & be in the backyard area for the whole complex. If you are going to go through the trouble to have all those codes for everything else why is the back so unsecured to allow access to anyone. Not very safe at all.

Tybee beachfront stay

We enjoyed out stay. The condo is oceanfront and nicely updated and decorated. We would recommend putting a key code on the back door that leads to the ocean as we had to leave it unlocked during the day to come and go. With public beach access just steps away we felt uneasy leaving it unlocked but had no other choice.

Beautiful views from clean, well managed property

The property was clean and has been well kept. There is a outdoor shower head on the back porch to rinse off from the beach when you come in. The views from the master are breath taking, we would sit out on the deck to the the sunrise over the ocean and and the sunset. Quiet property, 2 pools on site, and casual restaurant on site for an easy bite or drink when you don't want to travel too far. The location is great - it was easy from here to get to all parts of Tybee Island or to hop over to Savannah. I would come here again.

Just an awesome vacation

Three adult couples went to vacation together, and we had an awesome time. We had just a few little maintenance issues, but overall everything was great. The view of the beach is great and it wasn’t too crowded at all!

No air upstairs

The air didn’t work upstairs. We called the manager and they sent someone. Said it couldn’t be fixed that day. Said they’d bring portable units. They brought box fans. Still hot. They brought one window unit and it didn’t work. Kept giving an error code. Very warm weekend on Tybee for March. Nit pleased.

Very nice, clean property right on the beach

We enjoyed this property and with a few minor things, I'd rate it as FABULOUS. There are no chairs in any of the bedrooms, no stools, benches, etc.... which makes simply putting on shoes a challenge when you are over 50. The master bed is VERY high/tall. I literally felt like I had to "high jump" to get into it. The living space is large, but could stand more comfortable chairs. We had NO problem with views from the balcony. Internet was fast and reliable. A/C worked perfectly. TV got tons of channels. Kitchen well stocked. (Ice maker was a bit slow, but it DID produce a little.) It was a very safe and clean complex and we loved being able to go next door to the restaurant. All in all, I would recommend this listing and will probably return!

The place was nice, clean, and in a great location. It was great having access the pool and a restaurant right next door. There are other few restaurants within a walkable distance. We enjoyed the 2 balconies and the view was beautiful.

Nice stay, right off beach

Nice townhome steps away from the beach. Peaceful view of beach and ocean from master suite. As others have noted, view is obstructed on lower levels, which could be awkward for some groups, but was of no concern to us. When we visited (end of August), weather was nice, but there was still plenty of space on non-crowded beach

Obstructed view

We were disappointed with our beach view. I specifically paid more than I wanted to, to be on the beach and enjoy a beautiful view. Our main view was obstructed by palm trees directly out our balcony. The view out the master bedroom balcony was beautiful but we all had to go upstairs and through a bedroom to enjoy it. The master bath tub was very sluggish going down so showering with the water filling up wasnt enjoyable. I felt the townhome was average. Having said that we did enjoy our stay otherwise. I just feel for the money we spent I was expecting more.

November 2017 Stay

The condo was very comfortable with great views. With just a few steps from the front door, I was enjoying the beautiful beach. This unit was also a short drive to the local restaurants, shops and the grocery. I am looking forward to a return visit!!

June 2017 Stay

We were a last minute reservation. The location of the condo was great in relation to the beach and the view from the condo was awesome. We were very disheartened to learn that there was no pool for our kids to play in even though that comes up under a search result. Then we were even unhappier to find out upon our arrival that the condos next to us were actively under construction. There was work beginning early in the morning and leaving construction waste around the building. From the outside this does not appear to be a high quality condo. The security gates are not currently employed either to the parking area or the patio areas. Our condo had some distinct odors going on during the day as the sun beat down and heated up the back side of the condo. The master bathroom needs some updating including the caulking. We had linens that weren't thoroughly cleaned. I spent the first night after a long day of traveling washing the bedding and making the bed. The lock on one of the deck doors was not working. I w

June 2018 Stay

The condo was very nice and clean. The third floor balcony offered a great ocean view which would have been much more enjoyable if ceiling fans were available. It was too hot out there to enjoy sitting. Everything else was great in the condo. The internet did not work great so don’t plan to do any work while there. We were a bit disappointed in the pools. They are very small and very crowded. There were many kids jumping in, throwing balls, etc. The pools are not large enough to let the kids have fun and to let the adults relax. The beach area is wonderful and is such a short walk. I would recommend this rental as the area is very nice!
