As soon as you enter the villa, a lobby with access to a staircase leads you to the large main air-conditioned living area on the lower level. This open-plan great room is nicely furnished with several cozy sofas and a bench, facing a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall for movie nights. Tastefully decorated with style and neutral tones, you will appreciate the contemporary design of this comfortable and expansive living room. On the back, a long and beautiful dining table can accommodate up to ten guests in a cozy atmosphere, with elegant lights hanging from the ceiling.
