Perfect Family Flat in Cochin

We had the wonderful pleasure of staying during our recent visit to Cochin. There was plenty of room for my family of four and all the convenience of home - several AC rooms, televisions (equipped with Netflix, Prime, etc.), Wi-Fi, a fully functional kitchen, modern bathrooms, storage, and so much more. We are so glad we stayed here versus a hotel.

Spacious and cozy

We really enjoyed our 1 month stay in this appartment. Absolutely gorgeous view towards the water and close to all amenities. Highly recommended to any one.The landlord is very cooperive.

Great apartment near the heart of Kochi

My family and I had a great 2 month long stay at Joy's apartment. The apartment is near the heart of the city, all the amenities you need, good security in the complex and a property manager who will help you with anything you need. Joy is also very responsive in case you need something fixed in the home. I highly recommend his place

Very nice apartment, near center of Ernakulam.We had a very nice stay for a fortnight, 5 adults I our family on vacation.Spacious apartment in nice surroundings.Easy contact with owner of the apartment, who was very helpful, also regarding establishing contact with local helpers.I give my best recommendations

Fantastic property

This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher.

Oasis in the City

This apartment is spacious and provides a beautiful view! The security staff are friendly and work 24-7 to ensure the surroundings are safe and secure. The cleaning staff keeps the common areas very clean. The pool is beautiful, and the fitness center is well-kept. The apartment is well stocked, including sharp kitchen knives. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings on one of three balconies enjoying the view of the fishing nets. We appreciated the recommendations given to us by Joy, and we appreciated the flexibility (we ended up showing up a day later than anticipated due to flight schedule changes and checked out a day earlier for the same). We truly felt at home here, and we hope to return for a future stay.

Great Apartment-Excellent View

Apartment was as advertised. Large space with many amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. Gym and swimming pool were nice extras. Can give a good recommendation for anyone that wants a lot of space and quality. View looking out onto the lagoon was serene and overall area was quiet.

The apartment was presented in perfect condition. Everything was exactly as advertised.

The property has beautiful views and all the security people were very polite and very helpful. I found nothing that was not consistent with the description of the property. . My only criticism would be that for myself as a 70 year old gentleman I found the mattress es too hard for my liking.

Excellent stay

Had a wonderful time in May. Right in the midst of the city. Easy access to anywhere in the city. Good and clean apartment. Highly recommended for familes with kids. Will surely come back in our future visits. Thanks again to Mr. Joy for being so accommodating to all our requests.
