We had a wonderful week we had. Our children and us gathered for celebration of Mother’s Day. Close proximity to the beach. We loved walking to the Ugly Grouper. The food was delicious.We would stay here again. Thank you!!

The host was responsive, the home was beautiful and had anything and everything you’d need And a short 5 minute or less walk to the beach. I would stay there again for sure!!

The most important things were wonderful. The location, the amount of space, and the outdoor areas were great. The host was friendly and responsive. That being said, the space could have used a little TLC. The patio furniture was rusted and frayed, screens were missing, and the kitchen equipment had seen better days.

Everyone was welcoming - the pictures did not depict the place - it was very run down outdoor furniture practically unusable. Good location- and nice neighborhood- pool was small for the size of the community using it so crowded with lots of kids. Unfortunately I would not come back.

This property was perfect for a girls trip. There was more than enough room and it is located so close to the beach. There’s also beach supplies inside to borrow. I definitely recommend!

Great location for walking to the beach

Enjoyed our stay in this townhome. We were hardly at the house enjoying the beach and checking out other beaches and towns. Very conveniently located property. Enough bedrooms for us all.

This was a great place to stay on AMI. The home was very clean and spacious and provided everything you need, even beach chairs and a tent or umbrella if you needed. There are lots of spaces to enjoy, though due to weather we were unable to grill but there is a cute patio in the back with the grill ready to go. The wrap around balcony was beautiful as well! The owners were very responsive for any questions or issues and made sure a resolution was in place ASAP (we only had one question about something, nothing to ruin a stay) were already planning our next vacation back.

Perfect get-away

This was the perfect place for our family to recharge and take some time away from busy schedules. The house had everything we needed and more. The washer and dryer were such an important bonus. We look forward to staying here again hopefully sooner than later!

AMI Beach Villa

The house was clean and cozy. Everything we needed was available. Great location to the grocery store and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. A perfect location. Relaxing and peaceful get away on the beach.

Awesome!

I give this place five stars. Very clean, a short walk to the beach, close to Pine Street and a lot of good restaurants. Communication with the owner was top-notch. She was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be visiting again.

Holmes beach

Enjoyed our stay in the cute and quiet north beach village of Holmes beach on Anna Maria. The condo is well equipped with kitchen supples, linens, and beach chairs. The unit has a little wear and tear due to its age and rental history but is very clean. Great location! I would stay here again.

This property was just as listed. Great location on Anna Marie Island. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner/property manager was great to deal with. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice get a way. Mike

Nice area. Very family oriented.

Area is nice. Can walk to some shops and restaurants. Did not use shuttle. Many people rent golf carts. House needs a little work bu it was fine.

Holmes Beach

Great time at this rental. Short walk to beach. Red tide cooperated and blew offshore. Only drawback for these 80 year old legs was lots of stair climbing to bedroom on 3rd floor.
