Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Hof am Kai, nur wenige Gehminuten von Torquay's Front Beach und fantastischen Erholungsräumen, Torquay Rasenschüsseln, Fußball und Fußballovalen entfernt. Wenn Golf Ihr Ding ist, dann The Sands ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es ist nur eine kurze Fahrt zum 13th Beach Golfplatz und dem RACV Golfplatz und Club. Springen Sie ins Auto und innerhalb weniger Minuten können Sie einige der besten Surfstrände erleben (d. H. Glocken) in Australien. Ca. 1 km vom neuen Einkaufszentrum North Torquay mit seinem großen Woolworths-Supermarkt und einem Flaschengeschäft, einem Café, einem Pizza- und Pastarestaurant, einem Drogeriefachgeschäft, einem Friseur usw.

Doppelverglasung und Split-System-Kühlung und gefasste Heizung sorgen dafür, dass Sie das ganze Jahr über bequem sind.

Beautiful House!

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is in a new residential area of Torquay. A little too far to walk to the beach but ample parking was available there and the beach is great fir families with children.

A great family Christmas

We had a very good Christmas with our family, in the house. Everything was as expected (or, in many cases, even better). The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable for us all. The house was extremely well supplied with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a full Christmas dinner. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. This property did not disappoint! From the time we were greeted by our host, we felt welcome and at home in the stylish, comfortable decor. Everything we needed was at hand with thoughtful special touches and we enjoyed our short break in a beautiful part of the coast. Very spacious and well suited to us as 3 couples. Perfect for families

The house is wonderful, the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need, so many personal touches. The size is wonderful and comfortably accommodated the 8 of us and we never felt cramped. The beach is a short 10 minute walk and main st a 5 min drive but there is a Woolies 1 min away by car which was very handy. The quality of the house was amazing, you can tell the owners take pride in it. The location was nice and quiet. We look forward to staying again.

Beautiful house, quiet location

This well presented home is in a quiet but most convenient location. Close to the Dunes shopping village , a children’s playground and in walking distance to Whites beach, the home is ideally placed for a great family holiday. The home is well set up for people of all ages and Michelle goes out of her way to ensure everything is as you would expect. Highly recommended.

Amazing Getaway

The house is beautifully located in Torquay and is central to everything. The house is wonderfully presented with all the things you could want for a great holiday and its is super clean and tidy. The host Michelle makes everything so easy for you. I could not recommend this place any higher, we loved it.

Christmas in the coast

Beautiful family home with generous and comfortable spaces, The kitchen was a joy to cater in, fully equipped with everything we needed. Backyard with deck and barbecue and gate opening onto a park for kids young and old to play cricket or throw a vortex! Short cycle or walk to local supermarket, a few more minutes to incredible Torquay beaches. A memorable Christmas vacation with our family.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic property!

We booked Nest by the Sea for a family weekend away and absolutely loved the property! It's always nice to be welcomed to the property in person and Michelle was kind enough to leave a welcome hamper for us too. The property has been designed and decorated very nicely with everything flowing perfectly, it's also far more spacious than it appears in the photos. The kitchen was a highlight! We took advantage of the bikes and made the short ride down to beach and were very happy with all the sports equipment that was also available for us to use. All in all, very happy with the property and service and would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful 5 day break at Nest by the Sea. The house was fantastic and had everything you could ask for. It was very clean and spacious enough for a large family. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to town. Michelle the host met us on arrival and was very welcoming. Would definetly come again in the future and would easily recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting a luxurious stay in Torquay.

Home away from home ! A gorgeous house, clean, fully equipped and spacious.

We were greeted by the host, and shown around the house .. a personal touch! We were given a welcome basket which was so nice! This is a very well thought off house.. everything was available for the kitchen, had everything for the beach.. towels, chairs, balls, frisbees, boogie boards .. the works! And bicycles and helmets to ride around and to the beach ! To top it off a clean BBQ set ! The family had a really wonderful time. We spent Christmas Day just enjoying the house ! Good location .. near shops and to the beach. Maybe if one thing I could say is a clothes dryer but it’s really very very small thing. The whole family rated the house and experience 11/10 ! Absolutely perfect!

We had a group stay for a running event and the house was absolutely amazing! Michelle & Lee were so lovely and helpful and so easy to communicate with, and they really have gone above and beyond to make their house a beautiful place for a holiday. Having towels and some linen provided was a huge plus for packing and the kitchen is by far the best stocked of any holiday house I've stayed in. The house itself is gorgeous and the outdoor area & BBQ are a fantastic plus, it's an easy walk down to the beach and there's a supermarket close by too. Cannot fault this place, we were all blown away by Nest By The Sea and will definitely recommend to others and hopefully have the chance to return ourselves!

Wonderful family house.

Had a wonderful stay at Nest by the Sea with the whole family. The house was very well equiped for the kids and adults and would live to come back and stay. Michelle and Lee were outstanding with there communication and very much enjoyed our welcome back on arrival. Absolutely beautiful, modern home equipped with everything you’d expect and more.

Nest by the Sea completely blew us away the minute we entered the property. The design and layout of the house paired with the beautiful furniture and decor made us feel instantly at home. The location was ideal for a winter getaway as it was nestled in a beautiful residential area surrounded by other lovely homes. Having said that, it was not too far away from shops, restaurants and the beach making it a lovely spot for a summer holiday too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nest by the Sea and can’t wait to go back soon! Thanks Michelle for a lovely long weekend at your beautiful accommodation.

Great location, great amenities, and a great price

Nest by the Sea was the perfect house for our long weekend family getaway. The four bedrooms easily accommodated our group of seven adults and two children, and the walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom was perfect for our toddler’s portacot! The owner was easy to contact before our arrival, via email and phone, and met us at the property on arrival (even getting us in a bit early). The welcome hamper was much appreciated and contained lots of goodies to enjoy while we settled in (bread, milk, fruit, biscuits, etc) and there were plenty of other staples to get us through the weekend (tea & coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, laundry powder, etc). There were plenty of games, books and DVDs to enjoy. The local shopping centre was about a 10 minute walk away (Woollies, BWS, chemist, pizza, etc) and the kids enjoyed the nearby playground which was easily accessible through the rear gate. We visited White’s Beach which was unpatrolled for swimming but the huge expanse of sand was perfect for building castles and paddling at the water’s edge…if you are happy to share with dogs and seaweed. We’ve booked numerous holiday houses online over the past 10-15 years and we all commented that Nest by the Sea was among the best.

We just love the location of this property.. It's close enough to everything that Torquay has to offer and yet peacefully located in a lovely quiet pocket.
Our favorite has to be the main living space... It is generous in size and a great spot for family and friends to come together to plan there day or just catch up . You can share a platter of nibbles or a meal together at the 10 seater dining table. Should you want to cook during your stay your every need should be met in the well appointed kitchen, large BBQ and butlers pantry.
The second living space is a cosy and comfortable room where you can tuck yourself away with a good book, relax and unwind
We also love the way the floor plan lends itself perfectly to groups - and our guests agree
