Private Gästesuite am Golfplatz

Aloha Marina, We're happy to hear that you found the home clean, peaceful, and well-stocked with beach gear. We love being able to provide those little extras so our guests can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the beauty of Kauaʻi. We also appreciate you letting us know about the moist or wood odor you noticed. Living in a tropical island environment can sometimes bring unique challenges, especially with humidity, but we certainly don't want it to detract from your stay. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can further evaluate the source and take any necessary steps to improve the experience for future guests. Mahalo again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Kauaʻi and share even more aloha with you on your next visit! Warmest aloha, The RE/MAX Kauaʻi Team

Aloha Jana, It's great to know that you found our rental as advertised and well-equipped, especially for your beach outings. Your mention of the lack of directions for the TV's and appliances is indeed an area we can improve upon. We want to ensure our guests have a seamless experience. Ideally, all the amenities in our properties are user-friendly and contribute positively to your stay. We are glad that you appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the location. We strive to provide properties that offer peace and convenience for our guests. Thank you for choosing RE/MAX Kauai. We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back in the future. Thank you, RE/MAX Kauai Team

Aloha Jim, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent stay. We're sorry to know your experience wasn't completely satisfactory. There are now 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. It has been added to the description photos. Sorry to know a golf ball damaged your car. Hopefully, you were able to report that to your car rental agency. Unfortunately, that's the risk of having this home on the golf course. It's surprising to see that you were unable to reach the management company. There are 3 phone numbers provided in both the rental agreement and in the entry instructions correspondence to call. There was no record of you calling or leaving a voicemail. Your email was received and a timely response was provided. Despite these glitches during your stay, we trust you were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and fun activities this island offers. Thank you, Remax Kauai Management

Aloha Paul, We are pleased to know your overall experience at our rental was worthy of a 5-star rating. However, we regret to note your concerns related to the beach equipment and the comfort of the bed. About the beach equipment, we genuinely apologize if the listing led to any misunderstanding. Ensuring the safety of our guests is our utmost priority, and we appreciate your perspective on the matter. As for the bed, we understand that individual comfort can greatly vary. We'll take your feedback into account as we continually strive to ensure our accommodations meet the range of our guests' needs.
