Fully self contained spacious 2 bedroom unit across the road to the beach

This very private 2 bedroom unit easily accommodates a family of 4. You have your own private walkway to the beach which will take 3 minutes to feel the sand in your toes. A swimming pool is located in your own barbeque area. A nice hot shower will await you as you come up from the beach. 1 Super King bed and 2 King Singles.
WiFi is available upon request. Within walking distance to downtown shops and cafes. A supermarket is located 5 minutes away in the car and also within walking distance.

Fabulous location and accommodation

Perfect spot, short stroll to the beach and very close to walk to Mount. Pop up the road to have great coffee at Tay Street Cafe. Lovely accommodation was very spacious and private. Great private outdoor area to sit and relax, have evening BBQ and swim in pool. Hosts were lovely. So welcoming and responsive. Will definitely stay again. Thanks, we loved our few days stay.

Getaway

Communication with the owners was great and they were both lovely! We were a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated (should have asked!). We were not planning to have a party, but the house is not private with the owners living above the flat. The BBQ wasn’t clean which was a shame! A great location, a few minutes walk to the beach.

Lovely place for a get-away

Colleen was just wonderful, gifting us a lovely bottle of rose and anniversary card since, such a personal touch and we felt right at home. Will definitely keep this on my list of favourites, to visit again :-)

Your own private pool

My family and I really enjoyed our short stay. Very comfortable, beachside resort feel. Cool apartment with private pool and easy access to the beach. Outdoor shower, on site parking, full sky TV with sports and the owners could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for this experience.

Lovely home and location

We stayed for 5 days during the school holidays. The location was great, it is literally 2 minutes to the main beach. It is about 2 minutes drive to the shops and eateries. We didnt walk it so not sure how long that would take. However with the lovely pool at the house, the beach, and a cafe for coffee just down the road (400m) we didnt really go to the shops. My niece (aged 8) loved the pool and had a great time flippering around. There is a full kitchen with all the utensils, crockery etc that you need to cook meals. Fridge is a good size as is the freezer. We didnt use the BBQ, but it looked fine and easy to use. We did use the oven and cook top and both were easy to use and in good working order.

Perfect !

What a great place to stay - friendly Property Manager, well laid out apartment, safe parking, easy access to the beach, all the facilities you could hope for. Really good to retreat to for a rest, yet easy walk to ‘downtown’ Mount Manganui for a bite to eat or for a drink. Hope we’ll be back again soon.

Great Mount Location for Families

This apartment is great for anyone wanting to be close to the beach and the best part of the Mount. Apartment is well equipped and great for families. The private pool adds another element for the kids. Air conditioning was great for the hot days you get over the summer. Would stay again

Amazing and relaxing place!

We spent 4 days in this private house with two rooms and a swimming pool, so quiet and relaxing, really close to the beach and a nice cafe. We will be coming back again for sure!

Wonderful stay during Christmas!

Myself and a few friends who couldn't fly home to spend Christmas with our families, decided to book this place for our own Christmas in NZ. Colleen and Dennis were wonderful and prompt in answering questions and ensuring we had everything we needed, even being so kind as to leave us some Christmas day bubbles to help in our celebrating! The pool was a big hit and it was a nice perk to relax in or by during our holiday. The location was perfect, only a short stroll down to the mount and the property has a private pathway cutting to the main avenue to the beach which was handy for quick sea swims! If you are planning on using the kitchen to cook, it's worth noting items such as salt and pepper were not provided, so you may want to bring your own. Otherwise an excellent stay!!
