Dieses günstig gelegene Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand, dem Bowlingclub und den Geschäften entfernt. Es gibt 2 Queensize-Betten, 2 Einzelbetten und 2 Badezimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Fernseher, einen DVD-Player, Deckenventilatoren und viel Platz zum Abstellen des Bootes. Es gibt einen überdachten Bereich auf der Rückseite zum Sitzen und Entspannen und einen vollständig eingezäunten Garten für Kinder und / oder Haustiere. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Scotts Head Beach.
Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Minuten von Macksville, 45 Minuten von Coffs Harbour und 1 Stunde 15 Minuten von Port Macquarie entfernt.


In Spitzenzeiten sind Buchungen von Samstag bis Samstag möglich.

Awesome location and good, no fuss accommodation. Scott's Head is an awesome place for a family beach holiday and this house is the perfect location for easy beach access. Walking distance to everything.

Perfect for a beach stay

Lovely comfortable home with everything you need for a getaway. Close to the beach and cafes and shops. Perfect backyard and secure fencing for our dog. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Property

Delightful clean home with fully enclosed back yard for dog. Comfortable beds and fully equiped kitchen. Very short walk to a beautiful beach with easy access. Also short distance to local shop for groceries, etc.

Great beach holiday for kids and dogs

Fantastic, no fuss holiday rental. This was our second visit! The location is perfect. So close to the beach and bowling club, with easy walk to IGA for supplies. Good safe backyard for the dog. A new BBQ is all I would ask for.

Disappointing

Moldy and musty. Damp and musty bedding. Mold on dish towels. Needs new linen and air conditioning and ventilation. Needs new taps. Needs thoughrow clean. Dirty cloths under bed. Dirty drawers. Filthy exhaust fans. Great location.no heater but the agent brought one the next morning

Location was awesome and fenced back garden was great for our dog. However, the property could do with some updating and more attention to detail of cleaning. There was heavy dust in vents, top of cupboard doors, and main bedroom walls. The BBQ was pretty grim and the back undercover area not especially nice to sit out in. For not much money the back area could be given a make over to make a huge difference to the feel of the place and to create a pleasant place to sit out in. There was a strong smell of air fresheners to cover up a damp smell on our arrival. Dishwasher was not very effective but there was a nice new clothes washing machine and the beds were comfortable. Agent, Pam was very quick to respond and mend the gas connection to the bbq. Location was certainly its best feature! NB, No wifi.

Awesome Location but a very musty, damp house.

Awesome location near the beach and Bowlo. Perfect for us. Previous reviews were spot on about the mustiness. This is due to poor drainage around the property and the way the house has has been built on it. Probably a reason why next door is building their house on pillars to let the water flow through and under the house. We bought scented candles and open the windows at every opportunity. Easy fix. Kitchen was fine, bedroom and beds all good. Carpets were damp in the front two bedrooms. BBQ was handy and had gas. Above all it was okay. It’s a holiday rental house with no frills but serves it’s purpose.

Relaxed holiday like it was in yesteryear

Traditional style home with all amenities to make for an easy, relaxing and comfortable holiday. Excellent location for walking to the beach and local shops. Only bring sheets, bath and beach towels, doona covers and pillow slips were provided, as were tea towels.

Great place, great location

We had an awesome time at the beach house, large and airy with a nice outdoor area. 2 minute walk to beach, 5 to the cafe/burger shop. We’re already planning to stay here next year

Lots of issues with the property

House was Very unclean, Freezer had old bait fish & other food left in it. Back screen door was torn. Yard had not been mowed, shower leaked, TV broke on day 3. The backing on the main curtains in the living area, was coming of as white powder everywhere. The whole house has a strong musty smell. The washing machine leaks. Frypans were disgusting & had to be replaced. Only 1 dessert spoon, no steak knives,. Red belly black snake in the house & had to call WIRES to catch & remove it. Had to get cleaner in, plumber, lawn mower man, TV repair man twice, Pam from the R/E, snake catcher, my husband repaired the screen door. Numerous emails & calls to the R/E agents. No response to date from the owner of the property. We want some compensation as all of these things put together, had a huge impact on the quality of our holiday. By the time everything was dealt with, we had 2 days before we came home. The location of the property is excellent & yard, once mowed, was great for the dogs.

Overall it is just what you need. Yes the house is a little musty but open the windows and let the fresh air flow through.

Close to the beach

Great little house. A bit stuffy/musty when we arrived .The house was a bit cold -but it was comfortable with more layers on. Our dog made some local friends 🐾 on the beach,we loved how close the beach was. Definitely be back.property managers -Kylie and Pam were great.

Humble abode

We loved staying at this property, was close to everything, shops, club and beach all within walking distance. Great to take the dog, with good size yard. It is an older style home but was perfect for us. We will be coming back :)

Location great, pet friendly great, over-all house reasonable badly needs up-dating, furniture in lounge a disgrace and the house had a horrible musty smell which was quite off putting.

Perfect. Great location with short walk to the beach & bowling club.

This was a great house in an ideal location. We were in Scott’s Head for a surfboat carnival & the house was a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an older style house with older style furnishings but was clean & tidy & the beds were very comfortable. Relaxed spot with great outdoor area. Is ideal for a long stay or even a weekend stopover.
