Absolute Ocean Front Home, das sich nicht auf einer Klippe befindet, sondern nur wenige Meter über dem Meeresspiegel in der geschützten Bucht von PaPa liegt. Aufgrund dieser einzigartigen Topographie und Höhe befinden Sie sich direkt über der Wasserlinie und nur wenige Schritte vom Fußweg zum Wasser entfernt. Eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich ein öffentlicher Zugangspunkt in der Bucht, an dem Kajaks sicher ins Wasser gebracht werden. Es gibt künstliche Stufen und Metallleitern für einen einfacheren und sichereren Zugang zum Meer für Schwimmer, Schnorchler und Taucher. Bitte beachten Sie unsere Bilder für eine bessere Einschätzung unserer Lage am Meer. Abgesehen von der hervorragenden Lage am Meer und dem Zugang zu diesem Haus ist es ein neu erbautes Betonhaus, das die neuesten Sicherheits- und Bauvorschriften erfüllt und übertrifft. Es ist ein Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, wobei das Hauptschlafzimmer ein kalifornisches Kingsize-Bett hat. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über eine 12-Fuß-Reihe von Glasschiebetüren mit direktem Blick auf den Ozean. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist für einen kombinierten TV-Raum, einen Internetarbeitsbereich sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa ausgelegt. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein großes 6 x 4 Fuß großes Fenster mit Blick auf den Ozean sowie ein weiteres 6 x 2 Fuß großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Haus verfügt über 7 separate Glasschiebetüren, um den atemberaubenden Meerblick zu nutzen. Dieses Haus hat gerade seine Endkontrolle bestanden, so dass alle Geräte wie großer Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine / Trockner usw. und Möbel brandneu sind. Die Schränke in der Küche wurden speziell für das Haus entworfen und gebaut.

Tolles, sauberes Haus mit direktem Meerblick

Aloha, Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter Dan ist ein herzensguter Mensch. Egal welches Problem ihr habt, er wird für euch da sein und sein Bestes versuchen. Er wird euch vor dem Ankommen alle wichtigen Tipps geben, nehmt euch die Zeit und lest es in Ruhe durch, es kann euch eine Menge Stress ersparen. Es ist ein sehr dörfliches Umfeld, ein sicherer Zugang zum Meer ( mit Kindern) ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt (Milolii Beach Park) oder etwas weiter zu Fuß der Honomalino Beach. Das Haus und die Umgebung strahlen sehr viel Ruhe aus und sind ein guter Kontrast zu Oahu/ Honolulu.

Great place to unwind!

12 glorious days of sun, fishing, utter relaxation, and an 800 foot lava fountain to put the cherry on top! Hale Hokulani was equipped with everything we needed. View is breathtaking & the hubby enjoyed catching our dinner right outside. All the sliding glass doors and ceiling fans keeps the house nice and cool. There was an internet outage that covered a large portion of the island and Daniel was great about keeping us updated on the status. You are about an hour from Kona & two hours from Hilo. Perfect if you want to do some day trips. Besides the lava tower, watching our niece's halau win top honors at Merrie Monarch made the trip priceless! Mahalo Daniel, we will be back. Amazing Stay with Stunning Ocean Views

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO rental, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The ocean view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing vacation.The host was fantastic, offering great communication prior to our stay and throughout. Truly on the Edge of the Ocean

Comfortable and spacious lodging. Perfect for ending our month-long visit to the Big Island. The sounds of the waves was hypnotic. I needed internet to teach and, despite the remote area, was teaching kids on the mainland. You need to be a bit rwith all my tech.

Beautiful Spot Away from the City

The location of this house on the lava rock cliffs overlooking the ocean is amazing. The sound of the waves day/night, and the beautiful blue water is something we enjoyed every day. The location is a bit (45 minutes) out of Kona, so if you don't want to drive much, this probably isn't for you. We enjoyed the winding drive in and out of the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful. The house is nice with lots of little perks (spices, ample outdoor seating, etc.). The furnishings aren't fancy but are fine. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel, this isn't it, but if you are looking for a quaint, lovely place on the ocean, we would definitely recommend this rental.

Daniel is very helpful with suggestions for beaches, restaurants and other activities. We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary and the house was in a laid back area with great ocean and shorelines visuals that we enjoyed immensely.

I'd want to live here

Just what we were looking for. If you want to just relax and enjoy staying at a wonderful spot, this is it. Our host was very helpful and gave us good info on close by water and beach access. We brought our kayak with us and enjoyed the ocean without having to go very far. Would definitely stay here again. any real distance from the house.

So relaxing

Loved the house. The neighborhood is so quiet, we saw a few people walking in morning or evening but other wise didn’t see or hear anybody. It is amazing to open all the doors and windows and sleep to the sound of the ocean. The sunsets are beautiful from the back porch. It is best to stock up on groceries in Kona, there is small stores within 10 minutes but the prices are higher, they do have just about everything you would need. We got some water 1st day at store but then refilled the water jugs provided, the water you get at fill stations taste good. The house was well stocked with basic salt,pepper, coffee filters, small cooler and then odds and ends people have left. We enjoyed just sitting on back porch enjoying the quiet. My husband fished off the rocks and caught quite a few little fish. He snorkeled in front of the house and saw a lot of fish. We went to the park by the house and walked into the beach. It is short hike and only us and another couple on beach all day. We explored a lot of beaches on south end and most were less crowded, you have to hike a little less than a mile for some but payoff is no one there. The road down is curvy but we didn’t find it bad, even drove it at night and it was fine. House is very easy to locate. Enjoyed talking to owner he was very nice and was there for anything we needed. Excellent place for relaxing and will stay here again.

Wonderful experience

We were looking for someplace away from the crowds that was peaceful and quiet and that’s exactly what we found at this property. On the water edge with access to snorkeling just down the road. Neighborhood is exceptionally quiet, which was wonderful. The host was easily accessible and provided plenty even information about the house and the area.

Beautiful views. Saw some whales!

Property was very nice. We saw whales in the bay. Sunsets were phenomenal. Drive in was a little crazy, but once there, it was beautiful. We were out most of the day, so it wasn't a big deal, but there was active construction going on next door during our visit. Also, the mosquitoes were no joke. Strongly recommend bringing both spray and candles if you plan on eating outside.

Dream Home

Upon entering the property, you're met with the open spaciosness of the house, sliding glass windows on just about every wall to let you enjoy the immense beauty of the ocean surroundings. Large modern kitchen with everything you would need - The California king was so very comfortable, slept in complete bliss every night - This was our 4th time in Miloli'i, so the road down for is just like many other roads on the Big Island, windy - Dan the owner was extremely courteous and being just down the road, we knew we had someone we could count on, if needed - As far as we are concerned, if Dan and Mindy are renting, we'll be coming every year!

My family had a wonderful visit, and we enjoyed the privacy of this location. Every morning and evening we sat on the porch and looked for whales. Dan, the property owner, was very responsive and gave helpful recommendations for activities and places to visit. The house had everything we needed, and check in and out was very easy!! We plan to stay here again on our next visit to the Big Island!

Secluded slice of heaven!

The house has amazing views from the living and dining room spaces. Perfect for small families or a pair of couples looking to explore the big island. Be aware the location is a decent drive from both Kona and Hilo, so plan your shopping trips accordingly.

soothing waves

We had been in a VRBO two houses down - 9 yrs ago so knew all about the area - no surprizes except the new housing . Loved watching the waves and going to sleep with doors open and waves crashing in. Away from the city and quiet nights is what we want. Adequet internet and TV for those few lazy days. Place is spacious comfortable and clean. What else does anyone need? The skinny dipping teenagers a couple houses down one afternoon were a bonus. Kona is an hour way on a winding road, but that was well known to us and is not a problem as we dont care to visit the city we went the other direction mostly and visited the wilds.

Loved Every Minute!!

First of all…we can’t say enough about the property’s owners. They are down to earth people who made us feel so much at home. They gave us tips on places to go and things to do. If we needed anything or had any questions they immediately responded. The house is very comfortable and homey but the view is absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for a place to relax or a base to come and go from, we promise you will not be disappointed!! We didn’t want to leave and even though this was a bucket list vacation, we will probably go back!

Relaxing and beautiful spot

Awesome spot. So quiet at night and good to look at stars from. Just what we needed. Daniel is an awesome host. Very helpful with vacation ideas . We did most of them and loved it. Kitchen very well stocked. It has everything. Will come back for sure. If you can arrive at daytime....not a bad idea. I still arrived at night with no issues just take your time.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the oceanfront house. The ocean view was amazing. The house was clean and fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. We found a great snorkeling area in the nearby Honomalino beach. We had the entire beach to ourselves. We enjoyed our morning hikes to the lava rock field at the end of the street. The star gazing was amazing. During our stay, it was very hot and humid. The fans and windows were inadequate to cool down the house at night. We wished the house had covered patios in the back to enjoy the house in the afternoon. Overall we enjoyed our peaceful stay and recommended this home to our friends.

We have lived part time in Hawaii for the past 27 years and know the Island intimately and its lifestyle. Because of our vast experience with the Big Island, we chose this location for our home.

Because we know the Island so well, we took into consideration safe Ocean access, weather, water quality and space away from the "touristy areas" so that our guests could have a true, unique Hawaiian experience. Additionally, our home is located midway between Kona and the resort areas, as well as the Volcano and Puna regions. This cuts down on long drive times during your stay on the Island, going out and back each day.

Milolii' is one of the few affordable areas that one can live on the water on the Island. Because of the very limited places, this area is not overcrowded nor the property so expensive that the average vacationer is not able to afford a nightly stay.
