Nur 10 Minuten nördlich der Innenstadt von Park City und mit einfachem Zugang zu den Skigebieten ist dieses Stadthaus der perfekte Ort für lustige Aktivitäten und Seelenfrieden. Umgeben von der Schönheit der hohen Wüstenberge im Norden Utahs fällt es Ihnen hier leicht, tief durchzuatmen.

Die Hauptebene des Stadthauses verfügt über einen geräumigen Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich auf der ersten Ebene. Es gibt auch eine kleine Sitzecke mit edlen Möbeln, klaren Linien und schlichtem Skihütten-Dekor, gepaart mit Massivholzschränken und dunklen Holzakzenten. Es gibt ein bequemes Schnittsofa, zwei Ledersessel und einen gemütlichen Liebessitz um einen Eckkamin sowie einen Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, einen DVD-Player und Surround-Sound für einige der besten Filmabende, die Sie sich vorstellen können.

Der schöne Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen. Auf der Kücheninsel gibt es drei Barhocker für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten oder einen schnellen Snack am Nachmittag. Genießen Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit passenden Geräten und allen notwendigen Utensilien, um Ihre Mahlzeiten fantastisch zu machen. Im Lieferumfang sind eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Kaffeemühle, ein Mixer und ein Toaster sowie ein Geschirrspüler enthalten, sodass Sie nicht zu viel Zeit für das Aufräumen aufwenden müssen!

Die untere Ebene des Hauses bietet ein Familienzimmer mit einem Gaskamin, einem Schlafsofa und einem Futon. Es gibt auch ein privates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelstockbett und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche. Die Waschküche befindet sich auf dieser Ebene und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, um Ihre Handtücher oder Kleidung sowie ein Bügeleisen und -brett aufzufrischen.

Das Obergeschoss bietet 3 Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen privaten Balkon mit Whirlpool, auf dem Sie den Tag ausklingen lassen können. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit einer separaten Badewanne, einem Doppelwaschbecken und einer Dusche. Dog hair everywhere

The place was nice but covered in dog hair... furniture, floors, beds, even towels. I received a call shortly after I rented this property and was specificities asked I would be bringing dogs...and I said no. We do not have dogs and have those in our family that are allergic. We are all covered in white dog hair...

We're so glad you enjoyed the home. This home is specifically advertised as pet-friendly. Our housekeeping company is required to take photos of each area showing detailed cleaning of pet hair and all the photos from the cleaning the day you checked in show the home was immaculate and no dog hair. We also have photos of the towels (close up) that show they were clean and hair-free. If you would have let us know immediately there was a problem, we would have sent housekeeping back right away. They have a 100% guarantee of their work. We were not told your family had allergies. If you had informed us, we would have advised you to rent a different home that wasn't pet-friendly. This beautiful home has a private hot tub, is in a prime location in Park City, and quite luxurious. It's perfect for a stay any time of year!

Great Townhome just a mile from Canyons

Do you hate having to load up all your stuff in the snow and then drive for 30 minutes to the ski resort? If so, this place is for you. Its super convenient to get to Canyons resort and just a little bit farther to Park City. A large garage allows you to pull in and not battle with the snow outside. The home is very spacious with three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a bedroom and full bathroom plus additions living area downstairs. Large kitchen to keep the family fed and multiple TVs to keep everyone entertained. There’s even your own hot tub on the balcony. I love that it’s 1 mile from the canyons in one direction and less than a mile in the other direction to get to Walmart, Whole Foods, and dozens of other restaurants. Skiing/ski out is not something you must have, then this is about as close as you can get while getting a huge place to stay, with proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Great space and location with some disappointments

I was awakened at 6:45 in the morning telling me that I needed to move our cars by 7 or be stuck for 24 hours due to paving. There was only 11 towels for the 14 of us. There were no spa towels for use with the hot tub. We needed sheets for the hide a bed which I requested at 5:45 and they said we couldn’t get them until the next morning which forced one of us to sleep on a bare mattress. Then when I texted at 9:45 the next morning stating that we hadn’t received any sheets or towels I was told they would be delivered before 6pm.There was also no hand soap provided in the kitchen. We were there for our son’s wedding and with all the busyness of that weekend, having to worry about the above items, added to the stress of our stay.

We were notified very last minute the night before and came into the office over 2 hours early to inform guests in time. Our records indicate that the sheets and towels were available, as shown in housekeeping photos, and additional ones were delivered the next day. We regret any oversight. Bear Hollow townhome

We had such a nice relaxing time as a family at this property. The rental had everything we needed for preparing our own meals. The owners included detailed information about the property. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and cozy but spacious living space. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and exploring park city. This is a quiet relaxing neighborhood. The property management was really good to deal with. They provide good comminication and were so friendly. We loved our stay.

Worn and Used

For the amount of money we paid, you could use that to repair and replace. The dishwasher looked like a spike trap. The trays were rusted and broken off. The downstairs shower....didnt drain. 3 Chairs in the kitchen were wobbly and were on the verge of breaking apart. The place had accumulated a mish mash of kitchen utensils, pots pans and containers. The pots and pans were worn and I had fear of using in since the teflon was scratched and chipped. The heat needed to be balanced, The upstairs was stifling and the basement bedroom, extremely cold. Again, perhaps we are spoiled but for the $$, this place should be pristine. Burbur rugs were dirty as all heck, since no one seems to observe the request, take off your dirty shoes. Its a shame, cause the place was at one time super nice. Finally, 1/2/ the hot tub worked. = HAlf the jets working. Took 4 days for the garage to work properly, finally a repairmen came out and fixed it. Positive note, the management company was responsive and cared, but there was only so much they could do. Go elsewhere unless you dont care.

Wow! We are sorry to see such a rough review of such a lovely home! Although this is an older home, the home owner is constantly updating. In the last year, there has been new kitchen items, new living room furniture, new recessed lighting, a new water heater and central AC added. The carpets are professionally cleaned twice per year and all preventative and general maintenance is right on schedule. Whenever we receive notification of any maintenance items or suggestions for home improvements, we (and the owner) take action! This home is located in a beautiful community with walking trails and a clubhouse with a pool, hot tub, fitness center, firepit, park, basketball court and soccer field. This is a solid choice for a perfect Park City getaway and we have hosted many happy guests and hope to welcome many more.

Great location but needs attention

A low cost (few hundred dollars) investment would make for a much more pleasant experience. Replace stained toilet seats in all bathrooms. Replace broken plastic chairs on deck. Replace rusty, broken dishwasher rack. Replace the knives which are dull. The place also requires some attention from housekeeping. We found a used q-tip on floor in master bedroom, used Kleenex in couch cushion, and a broken glass next to downstairs couch. Suggest removing old/outdated items such as retro DVD’s/DVD player and pine decor over kitchen cabinets. Location is great, but the experience wasn’t worth the price.

We're sorry to see only 3-stars for such a lovely home! We certainly appreciate the feedback and will look into updating/replacing the items mentioned, for sure. Believe it or not, guests still really love having DVD players! The home is not perfect but is kept up quite well. The owners recently added new living room furniture, new lighting, painted and more and this space has hosted many happy guests. The location can't be beat and with the amenities, both in the home and in the community, such as a private hot tub, BBQ, pool, fire pit, fitness center, walking trails, only 6 minutes to the ski resorts and 2 minutes to shopping, dining, groceries and more, this home is a guest favorite and we look forward to hosting many more happy quests.

Thanks for staying with us, Joel. Bear Hollow is such a convenient location and this home, with a private hot tub, is a great place to vacation. We hope you used the clubhouse pool during your stay. With the free shuttle a short walk away and the Redstone Shopping Center right across the street, it's a perfect home for groups. We'd be happy to have you back any time!

Park City Adventure

The property is wonderfully located. It has a terrific 25+ acre dog-park beside the community. The Olympic Park is visible from the property. Stores and activities are a very short drive away. We really loved the location.

Awesome Place to Stay!! We had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was cozy and spacious and only about 10 minutes away from the slopes. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back again.

Needs a little TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amenities and location were perfect but our unit needs a little TLC. There are white dry wall patches everywhere that need to be finished, a kissing can light, pots and pans are needing to be replaced, NO AC, which typically wouldn’t be an issue but this summer out kids were trying to nap when it was 91 degrees upstairs. I don’t recall no ac being mentioned in the add. There were dirty socks and a bottle of old chocolate milk left in the unit from who knows who. When we walked into the unit the pictures were crooked on the walls and garbage cans all up on the bed. Kind of strange first impression. The TV electronics are very cumbersome to work and yes we are tech savvy. There was also dog poop in a doggie bag left behind the bush on the front porch. Needs more attention to detail and some maintenance and housekeeping help

Great family get away

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for our guest of eight. Close to freeway access and stores. Overall real nice place to stay and would rent this condo again.
