Saubere und komfortable offene Wohn mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, Elektroherd, eine Mikrowelle und einen 4 Sitz Esstisch hat. Die reizende Lounge verfügt über 3 x 2. 5-Sitzer Sofas, Flachbild-TV, DVD, Stereoanlage und Holzofen coonara. Reverse-Zyklus Heizung und Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer, mit tragbaren elektrischen Heizung und Ventilatoren zur Verfügung.

3 Schlafzimmer, 2 mit Queen-Size-Betten und 1 mit Etagenbetten, sowie eine Vor-Ort-Caravan mit einem Doppelbett. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eines mit Dusche und WC, die zweite mit einer Dusche und separatem WC. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich unter dem Decking mit Haufen von Undercover Hängeplatz.

Riesige Undercover-Deck für die Unterhaltung, die vollständig mit Bistro Jalousien, die nach oben durch, wenn die Unterhaltung geöffnet werden kann, um eine kühle Brise wehen lassen oder geschlossen eingeschlossen ist. Komplett mit zweiten Flachbild-TV, 6-Sitzer Esstisch, Futon, Gas-Grill und Tischfußball. Tischtennisplatte, Fledermäuse und Bälle in der Garage.

Der schöne Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt und Ihre Haustiere sind willkommen außen. Pkw und sichere Parkplätze mit einer Fernbedienung Garage für 2 Autos, Motorräder, Boot oder Jet-Skis, sicher gelagert werden. Die lange Auffahrt kann zusätzliche 3 Fahrzeuge unterbringen.

Do not rent this badly maintained old house, blind were sun burnt and falling off, there was dust and spider webs and dead bugs everywhere, linen was not clean, we found hair on the beds, had no hot water for 2 days, washing machine is so old it doesnt work properly and the best part is that you will be blamed for it as an excuse to keep your bond!! All this repairs that are the owners obligation since they are maintenance and should be done regularly were blamed on the guests. The lady owner lied saying that she had to pay the "Cleaner" double time after we left, and then in a burst of rage, after I said I had pictures of the state we left the property, and how we actually found it, confessed that she does the cleaning herself. We were charged a cleaning fee of $60 at the start of our booking, but we still did the right thing and left the place cleaner than we found it.

We are clean people, 6 grown adults, ages 32-91 we got up very early to leave the house in a better state than we found it, only to be told that we "trashed it" so she could keep the bond, also couldnt provide evidence of the supposedly trashed property.

Also, worth mentioning is that the property is advertised as pet friendly, as long as your dogs stay locked up in the car... my dogs don't dig or destroy anything and slept in their own beds on the alfresco, and I've got witnesses to that, as we made friends with some of the Neighbours, but again the owner lied saying that there was hair everywhere inside of the house, and this is simply not true. Property is also not walking distance to a decent beach. Just another way to lure people in.

We have learned our lesson, since we were not going to complain about the issues that we encountered while staying here, we were happy to have found a place with such short notice, now we understand why.... Record and document everything, reject the property on inspection if you must, but dont be trusting and chill like we were, because the money hungry owner will manage a way to keep your money for good.

Vermieter-Kommentar: This review is based on the bond not being returned due to the following facts: The blind in the lounge room had been ripped off the roller, and then stuck back on with sticky tape to conceal the damage. This is not normal wear and tear. Three shelves in the fridge have been cracked, with one broken and completely missing. The ice tray in the freezer had been cracked. The washing machine had been broken. There is a dent in the front of the fridge. The house was left filthy, with dog hair in the house. The dog/s had not been cleaned up after in the garden. These guests rang me the day before they were due to check out, and had run the hot water out. I was able to direct them to the boost button on the hot water service which instantly reheats the hot water. Whilst on the phone to the guest, she said how much they had enjoyed their stay, how they loved my property and asked if they were able to extend their stay. Given that I had a booking checking in on the same day that they checked out, I was unable to offer to extend. The property is always cleaned after every guest has stayed, with all towels and linen cleaned. The house was spotless when these guests checked in and was in a terrible state when they checked out. When the cleaner arrived at the property she rang me straight away to alert me of the damage. My partner and I drove to the property, and both worked for 4 hours (with a cleaner) to get the property back to standard. These guests were charged a $60 cleaning fee, which is a standard fee that applies for cleaning of the house, towels and linen after use. This is based on 2 hours of the cleaners time, not a combined 10 hours of a cleaner and our time. The bond that was withheld was $200. The blind that I had to replace cost me $140. A new washing machine also had to be purchased and we still need to replace the shelves in the fridge. With regards to spiders webs, this is a country property. The spiders webs are cleaned every time the property is cleaned, but there will always be spiders webs outside. That is the nature of being in the country. The property is fully fenced and pet friendly, as advertised. The House Rules clearly state that guests are expected to clean up after their pets and that pets are not permitted in the house. The property is 300 meters to Cape Woolamai safety beach - which is a beautiful beach that overlooks San Remo. Cape Woolamai surf beach is 2kms away. This is clearly indicated in the description of the house on my page. I have never withheld a guests bond before - even when there has been accidental minor breakages. The difference in this case was the level of damage and the absolute disrespect that the guests had for another persons property. It is very disappointing to read this, but not surprising as the woman that I spoke to threaten to slander me and my property. Due to their disrespect, I was unable to check my new guests in on time. When they arrived, I was embarrassed and had to send them away for a couple of hours so that we could present the property to the standard that we maintain. As compensation, we provided these guests with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates and provided them with late check out.
