Digitaler HD-Fernseher, DVD / CD-Player mit einer kleinen Anzahl von DVDs zur Verfügung.

2 Schlafzimmer - Master mit eigenem Bad. Hauptbadezimmer mit großer Badewanne.

Wäscherei mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen.

Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. (Bitte BYO Strandtücher.)

Hochstuhl und tragbares Kinderbett vorhanden.

600 m bis Zeally Bay / Whites Beach.
100 m zum Tennisplatz, Grill, Außenpool, Clubhaus, Spielplatz, Bocciabahn und anderen Einrichtungen.

Deckenventilatoren sind in den Schlafzimmern installiert. Klimaanlage ist nicht installiert.

Nice place to stay. Host was very accessible and responsive online to answer questions ahead of our stay. Amenities are good. Good sized place. Quiet location and only 5 min drive to Torquay front beach.

Everything as expected or better. Great, peaceful location, perfect for avoiding the traffic sh#tfight at the other end of Torquay! Hosts were easy to deal with and very accommodating. Loved our stay.

Our place is definitely close to the beach; only a 500m walk to Whites Beach which is rather shallow and flat. Most people are happy to drive the 5 to 10 mins to town. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Regards Killian and Simone

Fabulous location, great property with everything you need

A quick 5 min or slow 10 min walk to the beach, close to the clubhouse with bar, restaurant, and good coffee. Really good communication with the host, easy to access the property with clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in. Very clean and well maintained. A great place to stay and enjoy Torquay

Spacious and well kept property

We enjoyed our stay at the Sands. The property had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Its a short drive to the center of Torquay meaning that its quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday crowds. We highly recommend it!

Great location

Lovely property, although a little tired. After communicating a couple of concerns with the owner to address some cleaning issues they acknowledged that they would be replacing some furniture and engaging with their cleaner. I would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We love Torquay, and being able to feel at home (away fron home) is important to us. This house offers all the comforts a small family needs, with the added bonus of the facilities of the property. Clean, neat and tidy. Will definitely be bsck. Owners are wonderful to deal with too, very friendly and accommodating.
