Good location
Comfortable apartment in Prahran that is close to the tram line.
There were a few issues, specifically with checkin, wifi and linen for the sofbed.
These were ironed out by what appears to be the third party managment, however didn't have us off to a good start!
There were also couple of cleanliness areas that could be improved on.
I was in Melbourne for the f1 GP and in the apartment very little, therefore the above issues did not affect my stay too much.
Would I stay again? Yes, as I feel the issues above will be rectified for future guests.
