The worst part was leaving...

Our stay was wonderful! One of the best Jamaica vacation's we have ever had. The location is perfect, the property is beautiful/breath-taking, and the hospitality was everything. The beauty and ambience of the property, coupled with the kindness and professionalism of the staff makes it the ideal vacation spot. Some of the feedback from others in the group were: "Everything was great, the staff was professional, and the food was on point." "The staff was extremely accommodating." Beautiful as always

Full disclosure, I have lost count of our return trips to AnnRam Sunrise Villa. We return time and time again for several reasons. The Villa is always spotlessly clean and comfortable. The views are stunning and the breeze on top of the hill is always with you. The gated property and staff give you a tremendous sense of security and in the countless visits over the past 8 years, we have never had the slightest issue. Nothing but peace and positive vibes surround the place. Finally but most importantly, the Villa staff. The property manager Devon is always on point with suggestions on where to go and he is a valuable resource for any possible needs. Chef Marcel has an adventurous flare to his cooking and you literally taste the love in the meals he prepares. Winston is like a baseball utility player. He’s always available and can play many roles. I found he also loves American football and we have some lively conversations in season. And last but not least, the queens Yvonne and Veronica. The special touches to the rooms, the lovely flowers they placed for my wife, and the genuine warmth and care they give is measurable. Please come to Jamaica and show your love to the Villa Staff. They are amazing humans and can’t wait to receive you here. One love and respect!!!

Relaxation!!!

This was my family’s second time back, and it is indeed our home away from home. Our first visit was five years ago and the property has kept its beauty, comfort, and character. Miss Ann was easy to communicate with, checked on us, the chef Marcel was an absolute treasure and house manager Devon was as cool as a cucumber and very responsive. Can’t wait for our next visit, when you find something good of course you keep it.

A true VRBO experience that was unforgettable

Stunning views and unforgettable memories is what we are left with after staying at the property. The staff was amazing, Devon and Veronica were amazing. They were there for our family anytime we needed help. Everyone was comfortable and happy. If you visit, definitely use chef Marcel, he elevated the experience for us. He was always prompt and very accommodating. My siblings and I plan on returning in the near future.

First off let me say the property was amazing but the staff was beyond amazing Macel was the best chef ever and Trevor was the best tour guide they were always there and willing and Devon amazing the house keeping staff was awesome all in all we will definitely be back. 5 stars all around it was definitely a pleasure.

EPIC Jamaica Experience!

My family of 17 stayed at this property to celebrate my bonus mom's 60th birthday. We had the BEST time here at this property and in Jamaica. Ann is a fantastic host. Available whenever we needed and very warm welcoming. Trevor our driver was EXCELLENT! He helped us get to where we needed to go, gave us a culture tour and tips on the best jamaica clubs! Chef Marcel, was great with tailoring our meals to what we enjoyed! Devon, onsite property management was there for whatever we needed. We cannot say enough excellent service we received from them all. At the end of our vacation, these 4 felt like extended family. Excellent service all the way around. I highly recommend. The property is AMAZING!! As many others have stated the pictures don't do the property justice. The views of Jamaica are absolutely OUTSTANDING. The property is well maintained and modern. If you are considering this property for a stay, please don't hesitate!

Great vacation option.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the past 6 days. We had a family reunion and everyone enjoyed themselves. The chef did a great job on the meals. Family vacation getaway!

AMAZING!!! Everything from the booking process to the day we left our trip went smoothly! Ms. Anna worked and communicated well with booking and setting up communication for transportation and our private chef! Devon, who managed the property, was very friendly and professional. Trevor, our driver, was prompt and on time! Marcel, our chef, really brought the taste of Jamaica to us! This property exceeded our expectations and beyond! Honestly, one of our favourite places to stay in Jamaica. The team were so accommodating to our large group. we travellled to Jamaica for a wedding and this place was perfect, even for the pre-wedding photos, they looked absolutely stunning overlooking to beautiful ocean view. So many good things to say about this place, I don't even know where to start! The rooms are super comfy, excellent amenities, the place is spotless! Do not hesitate to book here, just book it. Excellent experience!! Great property, lots of room, comfortable beds, very clean, beautiful view. Fantastic staff!! (Thanks to Devon, Winston, Veronica & Yvonne.) Trevor Edwards was our bus driver--he was outstanding: very safe, had a clean bus, and was a very good guide! We had absolutely no issues with safety (or even saw/heard of any violent activities!) Chef Marcel was a treasure--excellent food, fresh fruit, incredibly accommodating, and lots of fun! Price point was excellent, quiet neighbourhood, hot tub was a treat, and many places to relax poolside. I think we'll be back!! Thanks Miss Ann!!

They stay at Sunrise Villa was absolutely amazing.

The driver Trevor waited patiently as our flight was delayed. When we arrived at the Villa, Devon the property manager welcomed us and made us feel at home. Marcel, the chef provided us with Jamaican cuisine that was very delicious. Yvonne made sure our rooms were cleaned and we had fresh towels. Lastly Ann, the owner checked to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction during and after our stay.

The estate is immaculate, it’s a site to behold. The views is to die for, staff was great.

Chief Marcel put a stamp on every meal prepared, and our driver Trevor was awesome he made sure we was safe and kept on eye on us where ever he took us. Mon make meh tell yuh. It was an experience of a lifetime. It was amazing the staff was superb.

Trevor the driver “ah boss driver that” we could not of gotten a better and patient driver than him. Chef Marcelle he is a master in the kitchen and listens to every detail of our needs. Devon was most helpful with everything we needed. Very courteous and nothing was never too much”and boy did we have needs since our group ranged from 0-77 years”. Ms. Veronica, Ms. Yvonne, Mr. Winston they were all so helpful. They were all phenomenal. We will be staying here again. Our children cannot stop speaking about their experience at the villa. Beautiful experience!!!

This was the third time our group stayed at Sunrise Villa. I simply cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The property manager Devon, is simply a terrific person in and out. Every detail was finely appointed and every question answered. Chef Marcel poured his heart into every meal prepared. When you taste love in the food, we’ll that’s pretty special. We used to have a favorite jerk place in Jamaica, now our favorite jerk place is the Villa where Marcel cooks!!!! The housekeeping is impeccable and the staff will do whatever they can to make you comfortable. The term “Family” is usually applied to those of blood kinship. It can also be applied to “those that respect, care for and love each other”. With that said, after my 3rd trip to the Villa, I can say with all my heart that the staff at Sunrise Villa is my Jamaican family. My absolute love and respect to the owners and staff of the Villa. Already planning our 4th trip. Can’t wait!!!!

Breathtaking Views and Outstanding Staff from Start to Finish!!!

This was a group of 14 women - ages 27 to 75 - and all of us had a wonderful time - siblings, mothers/daughters, cousins and friends (of over 25+ years). This Villa is absolutely beautiful. The pictures really do not do it justice. Sitting atop of the mountain, beautiful views from each villa. The staff, Trevor, Chef Marcel, DeVon, Veronica and Yvonne are the absolute consummate of professionalism. Trevor, the perfect driver and tour guide, made us feel welcome starting with the trip from the airport and each time we went out. DeVon upon arrival was welcoming and gave us a tour of the Villa, explained everything, was great and accommodating during our entire stay. Chef Marcel - what can I say. From the first meal to the last - was absolutely delicious!! There were dishes I usually did not eat but because it was a choice of the group, I tried it and loved it!!! Veronica and Yvonne were the best - ensuring we had towels for the beach and just made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed at all times. Thank you, Ann, for responding to my emails and questions prior to the trip. Would love to meet you one day!!! Thank you so much everyone for making our vacation one we will never forget!!! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience renting this property. The owner contacted me immediately upon booking and was a phone call or text away anytime I needed to inquire about something. The property itself was absolutely amazing. The view was to die for, the villa was very clean, up to date, all amenities available. Stunningly Amazing

Mrs Ann, the owner was instrumental in making the process easy and offering information of things to do and see in the area, to even informing us that COVID testing to return to the States had been lifted while we were there in Jamaica and hadn't bothered watching the news. Chef Marcel was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty on many occassions during our stay. The place and view is amazing. Awesome job Mrs Ann and her staff. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!! Ann the property manager from start to finish very accessible and was able to address all questions before our arrival.. Trevor our assigned driver… we couldn’t ask for a more down to earth, friendly, accommodating guild…took care of my party of 12 with ease… CHEF MARCEL…hands from God… food was impeccable.. always on time every time and with a smile. Staff, housekeeping, grounds keeper all just exceptional. Ann and the crew I can’t thank you enough for making my 50th a moment and time I will never forget.

View is amazing and Chef Marcel and Perry are amazing staff

The property is beautiful. The villa suites have plenty of room for guests. The bathrooms has basic amenities similar hotels. Each suite has an ironing board, iron and blow dryer. The kitchen has all appliances and toilet paper and paper towels are restocked daily. All units have internet and the passwords are provided for each villa suite on the router. Devon is the property manager and made sure things were in order. Yvonne and Veronica were our housekeeper and they made the beds, took trash out, provided fresh towels, cleaned up the units and cleaned the kitchens daily. So Perry was the catch all. He kept the common areas clean and assisted with all of our needs. So, the highlight of our stay was Chef Marcel. Oh my God, he is an amazing chef. He cooked for us for the entire week. He cooked both American and Jamaican food to perfection. He made sure we had what we needed, served the food and he and Perry cleaned up everything each day. We purchased the food and provided him with the menu and he tool care of the rest. (Remember Jamaica imports everything and the cost for food is similar to Hawaii prices, but still more affordable compared to eating out everyday). I highly recommend this property as you will not be disappointed. I hired Karandas Tours Ltd for our groups transportation and our chauffer for the week was Shane (he was outstanding). You have to get advanced approval for parties, which I did since we were celebrating several birthdays. Overall, I didn't have any complaints. This villa is definitely on our list when we plan our next Jamaica trip. You will not be disappointed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAY

I just want to say thank you to ALL of the staff who made this trip AMAZING. I highly recommend this location for a stay. They will take care of ALL of your needs! Ms.Anne is very easy to speak to and walked me through each step before I even reached Jamaica. I went there with a party of 9 including myself for a bridesmaid trip and our driver Trevor made sure we were 100% satisfied going out of his way for any and everything we needed, his recommendations for our excursions were spot on and so much fun! We originally requested Our chef marcel for only 3 days but ended up having him for our entire 7 day stay ! The food and service was amazing. Ms.Veronica made sure to keep the place in amazing shape and was super nice. The place was already clean and smelling good, we received fresh towels everyday and always came back to a clean villa. Our care taker Devon is such an amazing person, made sure all of our needs were met, along side was pero who also was a great help to all our needs ! The overall experience at the villa was amazing, from the view, to the cleaning, the food, the service. I rate this place 100/100. I will definitely be booking this place for another stay the next time I come to Jamaica.

This place is EVERYTHING

Wow… just wow. Words can’t express how my Birthday Girls trip was such a success. From the minute we landed to the minute we left. Our driver and tour guide Trevor was nothing short of amazing. Very attentive and well organized. Prior to my trip I was contacted by Ann the owner. Trevor the driver and Marcell the chef. We all discussed my expectations for my birthday trip. Trevor took us to every location on my list not only did he seem to know everyone in the town but he had everything organized prior to our arrival… for example we went to Dunn’s river falls with no wait in line arm bands already ready for us to enter the park. It’s the simple things like that they make your trip run smoothly. I was really impressed with the chef Marcell … the food was awesome every meal was something to remember my girls can’t stop talking about chef Marcell’s cooking. He was very accommodating and flexible with times and what we wanted to eat. I hand picked every meal that we ate. Even a special birthday dinner that everyone enjoyed. The actual property is gorgeous … very clean the rooms and set up was up to date fully equipped rooms and kitchen. We did go to Jamaica on a time that they were on curfew some nights so we had to come in early off the road but having the pool and jacuzzi food drinks and music waiting at the villa made it so easy to kick back and have a good time. Devin was the guy at the property that was there with anything we needed at the villa. My trip was epic and something I will never forget. I am from Jamaica as well be it was nice to live as a Tourist for awhile. I highly recommend the villa and it’s staff. I did not get a chance to meet the owner Ann but she was into in touch the whole time. Trevor is def your go to guy for everything. Chef Marcell is your go to chef… definitely the best team.
