My daughter’s birthday

First off let me say the property was amazing but the staff was beyond amazing Macel was the best chef ever and Trevor was the best tour guide they were always there and willing and Devon amazing the house keeping staff was awesome all in all we will definitely be back. 5 stars all around it was definitely a pleasure.

Relaxation!!!

This was my family’s second time back, and it is indeed our home away from home. Our first visit was five years ago and the property has kept its beauty, comfort, and character. Miss Ann was easy to communicate with, checked on us, the chef Marcel was an absolute treasure and house manager Devon was as cool as a cucumber and very responsive. Can’t wait for our next visit, when you find something good of course you keep it.

A true VRBO experience that was unforgettable

Stunning views and unforgettable memories is what we are left with after staying at the property. The staff was amazing, Devon and Veronica were amazing. They were there for our family anytime we needed help. Everyone was comfortable and happy. If you visit, definitely use chef Marcel, he elevated the experience for us. He was always prompt and very accommodating. My siblings and I plan on returning in the near future.

This property exceeded our expectations and beyond! Honestly, one of our favourite places to stay in Jamaica. The team were so accommodating to our large group. we travellled to Jamaica for a wedding and this place was perfect, even for the pre-wedding photos, they looked absolutely stunning overlooking to beautiful ocean view. So many good things to say about this place, I don't even know where to start! The rooms are super comfy, excellent amenities, the place is spotless! Do not hesitate to book here, just book it. So worth it, we will definitely stay here again on our next visit with family. Thanks again for accomodating us!

Family vacation getaway!

AMAZING!!! Everything from the booking process to the day we left our trip went smoothly! Ms. Anna worked and communicated well with booking and setting up communication for transportation and our private chef! Devon, who managed the property, was very friendly and professional. Trevor, our driver, was prompt and on time! Marcel, our chef, really brought the taste of Jamaica to us! If you’re looking for a private resort style villa for groups of all ages then book with them!!!! We had family from age 2 through 67 traveling with us and everyone was comfortable!

The pictures of this magnificent villa are an understatement. This place is the best secret IN OCHI. The villa is Beautiful in every way imaginable. The sunrises off of the front balcony are heavenly and the sunsets are just as peaceful. The service from the moment we booked the villas was everything; 5 STARS. The staff ensures your every desire is taken care of from beginning to end. Robert is the best concierge ever. I am still on cloud 9 from our vacation at sunrise villas. Thank you ANN for allowing us to experience a piece of heaven. We are already planning of trip for next year.

Jamaica Paradise

Excellent experience!! Great property, lots of room, comfortable beds, very clean, beautiful view. Fantastic staff!! (Thanks to Devon, Winston, Veronica & Yvonne.) Trevor Edwards was our bus driver--he was outstanding: very safe, had a clean bus, and was a very good guide! We had absolutely no issues with safety (or even saw/heard of any violent activities!) Chef Marcel was a treasure--excellent food, fresh fruit, incredibly accommodating, and lots of fun! Price point was excellent, quiet neighbourhood, hot tub was a treat, and many places to relax poolside. I think we'll be back!! Thanks Miss Ann!!

The worst part was leaving...

Our stay was wonderful! One of the best Jamaica vacation's we have ever had. The location is perfect, the property is beautiful/breath-taking, and the hospitality was everything. The beauty and ambience of the property, coupled with the kindness and professionalism of the staff makes it the ideal vacation spot. Some of the feedback from others in the group were: "Everything was great, the staff was professional, and the food was on point." "The staff was extremely accommodating." "The place as well-kept and the food was great." "The hospitality of the staff made our stay enjoyable and relaxing! The property was very clean and cozy and has the perfect layout for a big family." Beautiful private property for a large group!

The property is beautiful and well kept. The individual units, private swimming pool and jacuzzi was a really nice feature for our group of 17 who need some private time and also love to swim! The property is about 1 - 2 hours from the Montego Bay airport, and about 30 minutes from Ocho Rios city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful to get us around as a group or sub groups on excursions, dinners, grocery shopping, etc. I would say our even better ifs for the vacation and the home are three things: 1) it is far from anything and we needed to pay a driver every time we went somewhere which was expensive for a group of 17; 2) the pool was cool and the jacuzzi had to be requested to be turned on and off every single time we wanted to use it - we could not do that ourselves - and therefore was cold until an hour later after it was turned on; 3) there are about 10-15 dogs in the area barking ALL the time, which was a nuisance. Despite these things, this place is very nice and highly recommended!

Great vacation option.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the past 6 days. We had a family reunion and everyone enjoyed themselves. The chef did a great job on the meals. He is very good at what he does; great personality and met our needs during our stay. Chef Marcel, Devon, Veronica, Yvonne, Winston…Many Thanks! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The host was very friendly, professional and made herself available whenever we needed anything . Thanks Ann. You are a gem. Thanks for making the kids feel extra special 😊. The villas were clean, spacious, and we felt at home. The view is spectacular. Will definitely recommend. I could really go on and on. Our only regret was that our stay was way too short. In one word "Unforgettable"

I had the pleasure of waking up at the Sunrise Villas Christmas morning with my family and it was absolutely perfect, 3 days in paradise and we took up 3 of the villas. The villas were immaculately cleaned the pictures on line could not have prepared me for the reality we walked into, Miss Ann clearly has an eye for detail. As this was my first time booking in this fashion, I'm normally resort and hotels so was a bit nervous. But with being able to contact Miss Ann right through the process put me at ease and all her tidbits of information was amazing. The care taker Mr. Winston as cool as a cucumber, a smile every time, and all knowing was an absolute pleasure. I would absolutely be back in the near future... One would not be disappointed but please take care of it for this may be the sight of nuptial lol... Thanks Miss Ann

EPIC Jamaica Experience!

My family of 17 stayed at this property to celebrate my bonus mom's 60th birthday. We had the BEST time here at this property and in Jamaica. Ann is a fantastic host. Available whenever we needed and very warm welcoming. Trevor our driver was EXCELLENT! He helped us get to where we needed to go, gave us a culture tour and tips on the best jamaica clubs! Chef Marcel, was great with tailoring our meals to what we enjoyed! Devon, onsite property management was there for whatever we needed. We cannot say enough excellent service we received from them all. At the end of our vacation, these 4 felt like extended family. Excellent service all the way around. I highly recommend. The property is AMAZING!! As many others have stated the pictures don't do the property justice. The views of Jamaica are absolutely OUTSTANDING. The property is well maintained and modern. If you are considering this property for a stay, please don't hesitate!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We traveled to Ocho Rios on a girls trip, there was a total of 10 of us, the villas had more than enough space to accommodate us. The home is really nice and the views from the balcony are nothing short of Amazing! Robert and Trevor were absolutely the best at ensuring we were taken care of at all times. We did opt to have the chef prepare some meals for us and that was seamless and the food was great. Robert was the go-between for coordinating the meals with the chef. Trevor picked us up from the airport and drove us around to many of the sites/locations we wanted to visit. A couple of nights we simply lounged by the pool and listened to music, I thought I was a DJ (there’s a speaker that you can connect your phone to). The jacuzzi gets really warm, we loved that! Our stay here was the absolute best and if I’m ever in Ocho Rios again, I’d absolutely stay here. The only little hiccup was that the water while showering was never really hot (most days lukewarm at best), sometimes cold but even with that hiccup, I’d still stay here time and time again. If you want amazing views, great service, awesome food, and to feel like you are on a true luxury vacation... this is should be your destination hands down.

Breathtaking Views and Outstanding Staff from Start to Finish!!!

This was a group of 14 women - ages 27 to 75 - and all of us had a wonderful time - siblings, mothers/daughters, cousins and friends (of over 25+ years). This Villa is absolutely beautiful. The pictures really do not do it justice. Sitting atop of the mountain, beautiful views from each villa. The staff, Trevor, Chef Marcel, DeVon, Veronica and Yvonne are the absolute consummate of professionalism. Trevor, the perfect driver and tour guide, made us feel welcome starting with the trip from the airport and each time we went out. DeVon upon arrival was welcoming and gave us a tour of the Villa, explained everything, was great and accommodating during our entire stay. Chef Marcel - what can I say. From the first meal to the last - was absolutely delicious!! There were dishes I usually did not eat but because it was a choice of the group, I tried it and loved it!!! Veronica and Yvonne were the best - ensuring we had towels for the beach and just made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed at all times. Thank you, Ann, for responding to my emails and questions prior to the trip. Would love to meet you one day!!! Thank you so much everyone for making our vacation one we will never forget!!! Sunriser Villa is my go-to when I return!!! May God continue to bless each of you and your families.

Beautiful as always

Full disclosure, I have lost count of our return trips to AnnRam Sunrise Villa. We return time and time again for several reasons. The Villa is always spotlessly clean and comfortable. The views are stunning and the breeze on top of the hill is always with you. The gated property and staff give you a tremendous sense of security and in the countless visits over the past 8 years, we have never had the slightest issue. Nothing but peace and positive vibes surround the place. Finally but most importantly, the Villa staff. The property manager Devon is always on point with suggestions on where to go and he is a valuable resource for any possible needs. Chef Marcel has an adventurous flare to his cooking and you literally taste the love in the meals he prepares. Winston is like a baseball utility player. He’s always available and can play many roles. I found he also loves American football and we have some lively conversations in season. And last but not least, the queens Yvonne and Veronica. The special touches to the rooms, the lovely flowers they placed for my wife, and the genuine warmth and care they give is measurable. Please come to Jamaica and show your love to the Villa Staff. They are amazing humans and can’t wait to receive you here. One love and respect!!!

Beyond Amazing!!

These words will pale in comparison to my actual experience. The purpose of my trip was to celebrate my parents' 80th birthdays in their homeland of Jamaica. This being said, I had never been to Jamaica nor have I ever been on this type of trip so I was nervous on how I was going to pull everything off from booking the trip to transportation to shopping to sight seeing. I booked with the property owner Ann who helped me prepare for the trip long before I ever got on the flight! She even prepared me for customs sending me text messages to make sure I would be prepared upon arrival into the airport. When I arrived in Jamaica I was greeted by Robert whom I had already had contact with while I was still in the states through Ann. Robert was waiting for us and was so wonderful, kind, professional, accommodating and courteous to all of us. He helped me the entire week with all sorts of arrangements and most of all he drove us to the place where my parents were born and raised which was no easy feat yet he was patient and accommodating throughout the entire 8 hour day together. Actually we consider him family after that week LOL! The property is immaculate and the chef Winsome is fantastic and the property supervisor Winston was attentive, friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Even though pictures of this property are gorgeous, they are missing one thing...The ocean breeze! You cannot imagine sitting pool side with a coconut in one hand, a cocktail in the other and the cool ocean breeze blowing through your hair! This is absolutely the property you are looking to stay in over and over again. I will never stay anywhere else and I am going back real soon!! :)

Wonderful!

My group of 12 stayed here for 5 days, and we loved it. It was amazing to have the entire place to ourselves, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We brought speakers, and had music and drinks at the bar every night, while taking occasional dips in the pool/jacuzzi. We felt very safe, as there is a gate at the entrance of the villa that remains closed at all times. The staff (Robert--site manager, Trevor--driver, Chef James, Devon-onsite staff, John--onsite staff) were so accommodating throughout the entire stay. It felt so nice to have their undivided attention. Robert, the site manager made sure everything was taken care of for us. He was always available to answer questions and to help coordinate everything. My group and I booked several of our tours through various third party sites, but I would recommend letting Robert book your activities, since he knows the ins and outs of Jamaica. For instance, he was able to book a horseback riding tour for us last minute for $50, and it was awesome--not touristy, very intimate. Using the third party sites, we did have some hiccups, so in the future, I'd definitely let Robert handle all that for us. Trevor took us to clubs a few of the nights we were there ($20/person for roundtrip transportation) and escorted us into the club, and literally waited for us until we were ready to leave. He even took us to grab a quick bite after the club and once again, waited for us to leave. Not sure where else you can get that type of accommodations! Also, we were able to have food taken care of every day. We paid Robert to grocery shop for us, Chef to cook every day, and for the actual ingredients for each meal, but, it was so worth it to have hot food waiting for us every morning and evening. Not to mention the food was DELICIOUS, and chef would make whatever we wanted. I would literally stay here every time.

They stay at Sunrise Villa was absolutely amazing.

The driver Trevor waited patiently as our flight was delayed. When we arrived at the Villa, Devon the property manager welcomed us and made us feel at home. Marcel, the chef provided us with Jamaican cuisine that was very delicious. Yvonne made sure our rooms were cleaned and we had fresh towels. Lastly Ann, the owner checked to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction during and after our stay.

The estate is immaculate, it’s a site to behold. The views is to die for, staff was great.

Chief Marcel put a stamp on every meal prepared, and our driver Trevor was awesome he made sure we was safe and kept on eye on us where ever he took us. All the staff was super helpful and I would definitely book again in the near future!! Love miss Ann communication also she was always available to talk and explain things. Smile… loves it!!!

Mon make meh tell yuh. It was an experience of a lifetime. It was amazing the staff was superb.

Trevor the driver “ah boss driver that” we could not of gotten a better and patient driver than him. Chef Marcelle he is a master in the kitchen and listens to every detail of our needs. Devon was most helpful with everything we needed. Very courteous and nothing was never too much”and boy did we have needs since our group ranged from 0-77 years”. Ms. Veronica, Ms. Yvonne, Mr. Winston they were all so helpful. They were all phenomenal. We will be staying here again. Our children cannot stop speaking about their experience at the villa. We leave saying “One Love Mon”

Beautiful experience!!!

This was the third time our group stayed at Sunrise Villa. I simply cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The property manager Devon, is simply a terrific person in and out. Every detail was finely appointed and every question answered. Chef Marcel poured his heart into every meal prepared. When you taste love in the food, we’ll that’s pretty special. We used to have a favorite jerk place in Jamaica, now our favorite jerk place is the Villa where Marcel cooks!!!! The housekeeping is impeccable and the staff will do whatever they can to make you comfortable. The term “Family” is usually applied to those of blood kinship. It can also be applied to “those that respect, care for and love each other”. With that said, after my 3rd trip to the Villa, I can say with all my heart that the staff at Sunrise Villa is my Jamaican family. My absolute love and respect to the owners and staff of the Villa. Already planning our 4th trip. Can’t wait!!!!

This property is so gorgeous! Ann is so great and responsive! Chef 👩‍🍳 James is the best cook hands down! And Trevor is the most safe driver he made sure we was safe at all the excursions we went in! You must book here! We will definitely be back!🥰

Paradise

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience renting this property. The owner contacted me immediately upon booking and was a phone call or text away anytime I needed to inquire about something. The property itself was absolutely amazing. The view was to die for, the villa was very clean, up to date, all amenities available. Everyone from the chef, the groundman, and the housekeeper were all pleasant, friendly, and easy to communicate with. If I'm ever Jamaica again I will definitely be booking this property.
