The property was immaculate! Anything you could possibly need was provided we really appreciated the gift and our host checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Hubby loved the hot tub the bed was super comfy we also liked the Halloween decorations the proximity to restaurants and downtown was an added plus. We spent the nights sitting on the upstairs patio watching the river those were priceless. This was our very first trip to Helen and it was everything we hoped it would have been.

Perfect place to stay

Regal on the River is a great place to stay. It is very close to everything and the walk to restaurants and tubing is very easy( not on a hill and no incline) The villa has everything you will need for your stay including extra towels and washcloths. The hot tub was very nice. It is very clean and we always love having a place that has keyless entry. The owner is very easy and quick to communicate with. I would defiantly recommend this villa.

Family Time

Came to Helen from Pittsburgh with my mom to visit my cousins. Unit was amazing. We spent all of our time on the patio and in the hot tub. The location is excellent. Loved out tubing trip down the river. Will be staying again soon!

Perfect and relaxing!

We had such a blast at Regal on the River! Location was perfect, hot tub was soooo relaxing. Beds were absolute perfection, so comfortable! The townhouse absolutely everything we could possibly need, even a first aid kit was available!We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to. I loved that there were multiple cutting boards!There isn’t a water dispenser in the fridge, but there is an ice maker. We were given bottles of water but if you’re like me and drink a ton of water regularly you might want to buy a big jug just in case. We loved the gorgeous springtime Easter decor and the sweet welcome gifts. I’ve never seen a vacation rental with such special touches. We loved staying here, it was a fantastic spring break!

Wonderful stay over Oktoberfest

Regal on the River was a great stay. Modern amenities, comfortable beds, relaxing hot tub, screened in porch for when the mosquitos were out and a great location. It’s in a quiet location away from the Helen traffic but a quick walk or drive to wherever you want to go. As a family that loves to cook, I wanted to say this place has the nicest kitchen I’ve stayed at with Vrbo. Had a hiccup checking in that wasn’t the fault of the host but they made it up and communicated everything clearly. Will stay here again when coming back to Helen.

Loved our mountain getaway!

This condo was lovely, it had everything we needed, the location was walking distance to many of the attractions we visited, and it was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and screened porch, as well as the fun decorations. The kids loved the big Roku tv. We hope to stay here again on our next Helen vacation!
