We understand your disappointment, especially regarding the misleading aspects of the listing. The condition of the baseboards, cabinets, and the broken fence in the backyard clearly don't reflect the standards we aim to provide. We will be scheduling a thorough inspection to address these maintenance issues and ensure the listing accurately reflects the property's current state. We appreciate you mentioning the concerns about the TV in the living room and the malfunctioning master bedroom fan. These will also be addressed during the inspection. The safety and comfort of our guests are paramount. While we can't control the condition of neighboring properties, we will investigate your concerns about the house next door to ensure it doesn't pose any security risks. This is not what I want for any of my guests and I will be speaking to my cleaning/maintenance team about the things you have mentioned here. We have this home on regular pest control, so I am sorry if you experienced any bugs in the home. I will call for an extra treatment.

As you stated above, we were happy to help and have a cleaner come to the house to resolve these issues for you, but you did not want them in the house because you felt unsafe. If you would have let this happen, then I can ensure you we would have helped find solutions for these issues. We were happy to help you during your stay, but there is nothing we can do for you now that you have checked out.
