An open floor plan seamlessly joins the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides ample cabinet and countertop space and comes stocked with the cookware and dishware you need to prepare meals of all sizes. You can also enjoy the views of the Sound off your back deck. After a family dinner, day in the sand, or both, head to the living room to relax with quality time and a movie night on the over-sized sectional sofa and enjoy 70" large flat screen TV with surround sound. Enjoy your coffee on the enormous front deck while watching the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.

The dining room table seats 8 comfortably and there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps up to 12 as a combination of adults/children. Not configured to comfortably sleep 8+ adults)

Two king suites with brand new comfortable beds. A queen-sized bed in another room and a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle in the other. The king suites and bunk room all have private access to the front Gulf facing front porch while the queen room faces the sound. All bedrooms come equipped with flat screen smart televisions.
