Perfect family vacation

This house was perfect for our family. Fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, board games, close to walking trails, and bike for the whole family. Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful neighborhood and the house has everything you need. Having a hot tub was great after a day kayaking in the river.

Great experience

The house was beautiful and loved the scenery. Staff was easy to get a hold of and I loved that everything was close by. I would highly recommend this property.

A great location

It was great! A few cobwebs but overall it was great place to stay. The hot tub was warm and had some floaters but wasn’t too bad.

Dirty and dusty but well located

There were several dead bugs around the house, the pillows had hair left on them, and the sheets were itchy but it was an okay place to stay for our needs.

Great place!

We loved the layout of this home for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed having their own space downstairs. We liked being able to make a fire each evening and relax in the hot tub. The kids also liked being so close to the store--quick 5 minute walk to pick up snacks and candy. We had some troubles with the heater settings, but we would definitely stay here again!

Cute place

The house was cute and we liked the location. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in/check out was seemless. Personally, we felt the beds were uncomfortable but others may have loved them. The house is very well stocked.

Overall the house was clean and in great location to everything! One bummer feature is there is no AC so we had to keep the windows open to help cool it down.

Bennington Properties does a great job!

Bennington does a great job with property management. Very responsive and friendly. They arranged for a sweet birthday surprise for my 9 yr old son . My son was surprised to open the door and see a nice birthday cake with candle and card for him awaiting his arrival! Such a thoughtful touch!

Nice house

Looks like they are updating the house. Some is very nice. Other things are a little tired. It would be nice to have screens on the deck doors for cross ventilation without bugs.

Very Pleased

The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. We did not spend much time at the house other than to sleep at night, but I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sun River.

Good stay overall. The hot tub was the biggest hit for our kids-unfortunately the cover requires you to physically lift the entire cover on and off (no traditional cover rack), which was challenging given how heavy it is, but otherwise great stay.

Christmas Break Getaway

Loved our stay.

The ONLY thing we could think to improve is adding another comfy chair to the living area. Only seats 3-4 comfortably. Otherwise, House was clean, comfortable, spacious and location was awesome. Thank you!

Comfortable Home

We loved staying in this home. It was very comfortable and was well-stocked with everything you could possibly want. We loved having the tennis courts so close and enjoyed playing foosball and riding the bikes!! It was a great week and we hope to come back again next year!
