Zweieinhalb Schlafzimmer + Arbeitszimmer im Herzen von Cotton Tree. Ocean Isles liegt direkt gegenüber der Mündung und dem Cotton Tree Park. Diese Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen großen Innenhof mit Blick auf den Fluss und den Cotton Tree Park. Mit seiner stilvollen Einrichtung ist es gut für einen schönen Urlaub ausgestattet. In der Anlage gibt es einen Pool. Sicherheitseingänge sorgen für Ihre Sicherheit. Sie haben Zugang zum Aufzug und sind nur wenige Minuten von Cafés und Geschäften entfernt. Klimatisiert im Hauptwohnbereich und Deckenventilatoren in Wohn- und allen Schlafzimmern.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich Eismaschine Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Doppelofen, Konvektionsmikrowelle sowie viel Besteck, Geschirr, Backgeschirr usw.

Great, convenient home!

We loved staying here with my 2 kids & husband. Checkin and communication was easy. The place is in suuuuch a good location, especially with kids. Felt like a home away from home, had everything we needed. Only minor things were the aircon had an annoying 1hr timer & the outdoor area was a little dirty upon arrival. But overall the place was fantastic so thank you! Would stay again 😊

Hi Lauren , Thanks for your lovely review and I am glad you enjoyed yourself at the unit . As fir the outside area I truly apologise but as we live overseas most of the year we need to rely on our cleaners to make sure everything is ok . We are there February so will have a word to them . Also the Airconditioning timer was supposed to be 2 hours so will have checked Take Care and all the best for 2023

Excellent ground floor apartment with great outdoor area which is elevated enough to provide a view out but not in. Have admired this location for some time and it lived up to our expectations plus.

Beautiful Apartment ~ Perfect Location

We stayed for 10 nights and found the apartment to be well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, modern with a massive covered outdoor area that overlooked the beautiful parkland and river. The beds were comfy and the apartment was big enough that we didn’t feel cramped. The building pool was lovely & refreshing. The location was perfect and central to Maroochydore Beach, shopping centres and cafes. We would highly recommend this property to anyone & would happily stay again 🙂

Very Disappointed

Coming from the southern states one of the reasons we chose this property was for air conditioning. The air con unit has a 1 hour timer built into the main power supply, so I had to wake up every hour to press a button to restart the aircon so my family and young baby could sleep. Yes, every hour. In one of the hottest, most humid weeks on the Sunshine Coast in years. Then the door on the washing machine was broken and we were without clothes for 2 days. And there was a leak on the main alfresco area from a leaking pipe/gutter. Nice location, easy check in, well stocked with the things you need but needs some maintenence and also the aircon was a major negative for us.

Amazing for families

This place is perfect for young families. We stayed 3 weeks with our 3 year old son and the courtyard was perfect because it allowed him to run around without us wondering where he was. The hosts were also great and nothing was too much trouble. The place is perfect! Will be booking it next time we are in Australia.

Holiday unit with everything

Had a marvellous time with my husband & children at the unit .We found the unit was like a home away from home with everything we needed plus more . It is within 5 minutes walking distance of Shops, restaurants , sunshine plaza and surf clubs. Best of all the kids loved the pool out back plus beach and playground directly across the road from unit which you can see from the patio. Sharlene and On site managers were very helpful and pleasant to deal with , nothing was a problem to them even our late checkout as our flight wasn't until late afternoon .We will definetly return again , Tarryn

Perfect Maroochydore apartment

This apartment has an ideal location right in the middle of the esplanade at Cotton Tree, with lovely walks & views straight across the road & surrounded by cafes & only a few minutes from larger shopping centres. It is very well maintained & addition to the 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, has 2 small sunrooms which could accommodate small children. The outdoor living is spacious & sheltered & a hedge gives privacy from the road. The owner was lovely to deal with & we would certainly holiday here again.

Great Apartment, great location

We really enjoyed staying here the apartment had everything we needed over the christmas period. And the place was a lot bigger than I anticipated.  The beds were comfortable. Only thing was the bunk beds I didn't realise that this was part of one of the rooms, but worked out perfect as my husband snores so he snuck in there one night and while it looks like it would get really hot in there it was actually cooler than the main room. There is a sliding door and curtains between the two.   Would be good if you have kids but if you have other friends staying might be awkward if they are having to walk in and out of the room. The front deck area was great also, we didn't actually swim in the pool but there is the river straight across. There is a few guests parks but otherwise there is street parking out the back which seemed safe enough.  Apartment is walking distance to the shopping centre and also other littles boutique stores and cafes.   The ongoing contact with the owners was fantastic.  Can't wait to stay again.

We love travelling so when either of our units in Thailand or Sunshine Coast are free we houseswap and just travel and enjoy life.We love meeting people and have become very friendly with some of our renters and houseswappers .
