Perfect for our group

The property was great for a group of friends, its slightly out of the way and isn't pretty from the street, but we had no problems at all. The rooms were well fitted out and in good order. I wouldn't recommend for a family with young children as the balcony railing was quite low, bit for a group of adults, or was great.

Nice Place, Plenty of Room

The house was nice with plenty of rooms. Close to the boardwalk and casinos. The only issue we had was the toilet in the main bathroom leaking when it was flushed but otherwise this is a really good stay.

Perfect location

Overall I was skeptical of the neighborhood but, the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment was huge, clean and comfortable..the only thing I have to say is the water pressure/faucet in the mater bathroom shower is low and needs to be fixed/updated. But overall uri's customer service is excellent, he was available for questions/concerns and he was very pleasant. There is a free parking lot (few feet away )from the house. There are stores in walking distance (around the corner ) where you can purchase, coffee & food etc.. My overall rating is a 4.5/5 stars. I will definitely be renting again and I will absolutely reccomend! -S.M.

Had fun with around 50 year old friends

I had great contact with Uri about property. Property was great and as advertised. Very clean. This was 8 bedrooms. 2 1/2 bath. One bath is in master bedroom. Tough sharing bath with the rest of the rooms. There is a balcony. This gave us entertainment. Many times saw people going to bathroom by dumpsters in Dunkin Donut parking lot. One night watched man beating up girl friend. Also saw ambulance going to hospital all hours of day and night. Easy walking to boardwalk. Casinos were shut down. None in our group was gambler. Travel in groups. This is not a very good neighborhood. Liquor store owner told us to stay off walking on Atlantic ave. We thanked him for telling us. Left sink in kitchen leaks. We just stopped using that side. Uri was great. But neighborhood was bad. This is most of Atlantic City. Parasailing and boat cruise area was very clean neighborhood.

The stay was just as the manager uri stated and there were a couple issues but I’m not here for that I had a great time and if you come for Atlantic City and it’s attractions then the home is the lease of your worries.

We had fun but there’s some things you should know before booking

Im not usually inclined to write reviews, especially bad ones, but if you’re thinking about staying at this vrbo here are some things to consider: Upon arrival we had to call the host to get the correct code to the keypad and lockbox to open the doors - the codes sent in our check in email were incorrect. While talking on the phone he said he would text me the codes and provide further check in information such as parking. About 5 hours later I had to remind him to send this check in information because he had never sent it, this was after our whole group had already arrived and we had to figure it all out ourselves. Parking was a mess. To start, someone in our group got a flat tire because of all the broken glass in the lot. While they were putting the spare on, some parking services car pulls up and says we need to pay to park there or we would be towed. no where in the listing or check-in information stated that the host only provides 2 parking passes. When we arrived, the host said we should “put a piece of paper on our windshield with the bnb address”. we ended up having to pay an additional $150 to park our cars. It is $10 per day per car. The host agreed to pay for half of those parking charges but it took me three weeks of VRBO messages, text messages, and phone calls to finally get reimbursed. As for the building itself… Our first day we were also told someone would be arriving to fix the dishwasher that was broken. No one ever showed up and we had to do dishes for 14 people by hand for 5 days. The one shower drain was also clogged. So we also had to share one shower among 14 people. There were also mice in the apartment. many people of the group saw them. And finally, the ceiling in one of the bedrooms leaked down onto the bed in the middle of the night. I would have told the host about these issues during our stay but having a plumber, exterminator, and roofer at the place did not seem like an ideal vacation, let alone from the parking and lockbox code ordeals I could tell that not much would be done to fix these issues. Finally, just be aware that the neighborhood is not great. We witnessed the police chase someone running away one night while on the balcony and only felt comfortable traveling in large groups. Yes this is one of the cheapest places to hold 14 people and we had a great time, but you can decide if it is worth all these troubles.

I never got to stay here

I did not get to stay at this property. I had it booked weeks in advance, ready for my birthday weekend for myself & 12 guests. After speaking to the host on the phone, I went to check in & the keys were not in the lockbox as promised. After calling the host, I found out it was because the property had been double booked. VRBO allowed myself, and another guest to both book the property. I guess both the guest & I received confirmation & check-in instructions with the code & access to the key. They beat me to it, so they got to stay at the house & I had to look for another place. The host tried to help me look for hotel rooms & other places to no avail. I ended up waiting outside the place with all my luggage alone for almost 2 hours until I was able to find another place to stay by myself. I had family flying in who I had to pickup from the airport, who then had to spend $150 for an Uber to get there. I, myself, had to spend more money to book another place last second plus pay for other accommodations. I never complain about anything especially by leaving reviews; however, this was the most inconvenient thing that could happen to someone while trying to get away for a weekend for their birthday. No one has contacted me or followed up with me regarding this issue or even offered to do anything about it.

AC guys weekend

Rented this place with 12 guys for a fun weekend getaway. Nice inside. Lots of room to hang out and pregame. Super close to casinos, boardwalk, and beach.

Good house neighborhood rough

When we arrived we had a little trouble accessing the apt but the owner was very quick to rectify the situation. Rooms were clean. Neighborhood was alittle rough but no one bothered us. Very close to the boardwalk and shopping. Plumbing was alittle slow but nothing to ruin the stay. Overall a good house would stay again.

Amazing stay

This property was definitely one for the books. It accommodate my weekend trip for all of my guests that came for the weekend. 5 stars, cleanliness, location and parking was excellent! URI responded to each and every call I had prior to checking in. Overall experience was great, I would recommend in a heart beat! Just excellent.

We just had a few problems. Nothing major. The place does need a broom and dust pan.

Overall we had a good time. We had to go out and get some house cleaning materials . We also couldn't get the TV to work until my friend put her account on the TV. We didn't let anything stop us from having fun.

This location is definitely worth it for a group of adults so close to boardwalk but not recommended for travelers with kids as the neighborhood isn’t the greatest especially at night. Uri was very responsive with every thing we needed.

This condo is the sanctuary you and your group are looking for. The place couldn’t have served a better purpose for my rowdy posse and I. Great location and friendly people in the area. Beautiful view from the balcony and only a short walk to the beach. The place was very clean and well kept, can’t wait to spend another Fourth of July weekend here. 🥳✌🏾
