Fantastic place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Not a lot of options for food, but what the cafe that is open was great!!! The accommodation was lovely, a little dated in some parts, but I can see efforts have been made to modernise it. Loved our 2 days here.

Plenty of room with two bedrooms for two ladies travelling around Tasmania. Comfortable beds and great simple kitchen for us to use for our 2 nights/three days. Easy access to property and great instructions regarding keys and how to find the property. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family and will stay here again.

Great location

Great location, nice deck with views, short walk to beach and close to amenities. House is well equipped, clean, spacious with free wifi. Would not hesitate to recommend and return again.

What a view!

The property had everything we needed with clean, comfortable beds, a wonderful view of Coles Bay through big front windows and location so close to town.

Great location and view

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, disappointed in reasoning behind not allowing late check out, was told due to covid regulations they can't offer late check out due to allowing extra time between us leaving and cleaners coming in yet cleaners were there just before check out time, not impressed. But property was comfortable and great place to stay

We are so pleased to hear you had an amazing time while staying in this beautiful property recently, enjoying all of its comforts. Unfortunately we now have an extensive list of what is required to clean each property due to Covid safety. We do take guests safety seriously and we are maintaining the required regulations for accommodation. Guests and staff crossing over is a concern, as we have to maintain social distancing, but it is not so much about time between guests leaving and staff arriving, more that we need much more extra time to get it ready for the next guests, as absolutely everything is sanitised between bookings and this is now much more time consuming. We did send you a document when you booked regarding covid safety information, including why we cannot at this time offer late check outs. We do apologise and hope this is temporary and we can all get back to normal soon. Thank you so much for your feedback, it helps us understand our guests needs and assists us in making improvements. Great view but not a great place

The location is gorgeous with superb views and a short walk to Richardsons Beach. The house was not what we expected at all - it is one of two buildings on the block, with the other above it. We were lucky the other people were quiet, though their heat pump kept was very loud and kept me awake. The house (more like an upmarket cabin really) was very clean but had no character whatsoever. We spent as little time there as possible. The inn formation received on booking was inadequate.

Great location

Woke up to a view of the Hazards. Short stroll to cafe, cocktails, fish n chips & supermarket. Not far (short walk) to beautiful beach and Freycinet National park. Comfortable stay with all the conveniences needed.
