Cosy Beach House

Dated but perfect for the beach neighborhood. All description was accurate. Beach chairs, pull cart, kayaks, bikes and even corn hole boards for the beach. Walk everywhere and drive to get inland. Quiet southern end and busier northern end. Loved it all. Tony is the perfect host!!!!!

Amazing!

Tony was an exceptional host! He touched base with us when we checked in, even letting us know we could check in a few hours early! A small issue was taken care of promptly with Tony himself stopping by. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with my coffee. We have been coming to NSB since 1991 and have been enjoying this "little piece of heaven on earth"!

Anthoni, our 2 weeks at your amazing 2 BR cottage truly met our fondness dreams. The living quarters were amazing! The beach supplies in the garage helped make our many days on the beach so wonderful! You even had a wagon so we could cart everything in one trip to our favorite spot! We had our own private parking spot! Do not have to worry about steps everything on one level! Loved the lanai! Played a lot of cards and morning coffee was so delightful! Also, having the washer and dryer so handy was so convenient! So excited to return next year for 2 weeks!

Chill With Everything You Need!

I was impressed with everything about my stay, especially how close the beach was! I rode the bikes in the garage all over, used the kayaks, it had everything we needed plus more to really enjoy the location. My family and I worked remote while there and the internet was fast. The communication was top notch and I would like to rent this place every year it was so perfect for our needs.

Great Spot Convenient to New Smyrna Beach, Restaurants and Local Points of Interest

Tony is a great communicator and stayed in touch throughout our entire 20+ day stay. We enjoyed the house and its location was fantastic - just a short walk to the beach. The rental included a garage full of beach accessories - bikes, chairs, boards, kayaks. We had a really great time unwinding here.

Wonderful place in great location!

This house was even better than it looked. Clean, big, with everything you need for a beach vacation. Enjoyed walking to beach, bikes were a bonus for morning rides! Quiet convenient spot but close to everything. Great location and great host. Wish I was there longer. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Accommodations

This Bungalow is just perfect, it has all your needs for stay and play! Location is a blocks walk to beach and we had excellent weather to go along with everything, Anthony was an exceptional host, welcoming and follows up on you or you may reach out anytime. Beach chairs, boards, kayaks and bikes are available at house for use. I am hoping to book this home again in October since it was perfect! Thank you!

Time with Grandkids

Our grandkids live locally and we wanted to spend a month in the area, but wanted our own space. This location was prefect for us & the perfect size for 2. The home was nicely decorated and provided a large supply of towels, etc. It is located conveniently to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and of course the beach. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. It was very nice to have bikes and beach items provided. We took bike rides on the beach most every day & on the special trail across the street. We would also pack a picnic dinner and go to the beach to enjoy a quiet evening once the crowds had left. The host was so kind to extend our stay due to a family death that interrupted our time at the rental. The only thing that I would suggest improving is the washer was not functioning very well. Would definitely rent this place again. Thank you for a nice expereince!

Beautiful and unique New Smyrna Beach

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quaint house just a short walk from the beach. There is a beach access ramp at the end of the street. The owners have been fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate us. We will return.
