Das Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Gatlinburg, nur etwas mehr als 1 Block vom Main Parkway entfernt. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies und der Mountain Mall. Der Komplex verfügt über einen beheizten saisonalen Außenpool mit Whirlpool. Es bietet auch kostenfreies WLAN. Dieses Gerät ist ein zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett in jedem Schlafzimmer. Es hat auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The potential for this place to be a super nice condo wouldn't take much. The mattresses are awful, worn, not clean! The sleeper sofa is literally falling apart and super uncomfortable! The location was ideal so that alone would make me recommend it if it weren't for the issues I mentioned. We arrived 7 minutes before check-in but Ray, at the check-in, didn't say that it wasn't clean. The cleaning lady had just started when we walked in, to a mess! Not her fault. I figured that y'all, like the rest of America, was short staffed and that she was doing all she could. I helped her clean, because I insisted. I know that it wasn't cleaned nearly like I had been told it would but we had no choice but to make the best of it. Again, I don't, in the least, blame the girl that was cleaning. She simply did not have ample time to clean properly and I'm sure she was worn thin!

Otherwise it was fairly comfortable. We would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the property location. The only criticisms would be that the master toilet made some real noise when flushed. The fireplace was supposed to be on but we could never get it to work. Queen beds would have been more comfortable however the mattresses were very comfortable.The sofa left a littleto be desired and the office was not open the majority of the time we were there but in all fairness they did leave contact information via email.
