I'm sorry you did not see the emails sent from Bookerville and an APP from VRBO with arrival information and more. I am sorry housekeeping is definitely suppose to leave a supply of toiletries.

Perfect Beach Stay

Perfect location and view from the balcony. The condo is exactly as advertised. It’s a perfect size for a couple. Resort has many amenities. Our room was not cleaned upon arrival, but Cindy was very responsive and someone arrived a short time later to clean it.

Amazing Daytona race stay and mini vacation

The place is great building is clean and very friendly people there. The view is amazing from the balcony and kid friends building pools and amenities were great will definitely be booking again. Weekend stay

Location was great, check was alittle of a pain as we arrived late so security gave us temporary keys and car pass, but then we had to go recheck in again the next day. The condo was quaint, but kind of small., definitely could use more towels but for a short weekend, it served its purpose and we had a lot of fun! The pool area and the beach are great!!

The owner just put 25K into this unit, new tile thru out, new granite countertops, new vanity, new kitchen cabinets, I don't think you'll be staying with us again. You didn't say anything about those items, After checking the unit after this review I did replace the shower head.

Nice relaxing Labor Day

Loved every minute of it. Staff was amazing and friendly would stay there again for sure would recommend updating the beds the mattresses were not very comfortable but everything else was great.

Great weekend getaway

Great property for a weekend getaway for my daughter’s birthday. Everything was as expected and fitting to the lower rate we paid. WiFi didn’t work but that definitely did not impact our stay. Overall great property for the price. Great information provided by the property manager prior to check in.

Nice place great location

The room was clean and as advertised. Basic supplies provided which were adequate for the week. I'm not really a large resort person but this place was fun. Well-run, friendly staff, clean, and the amenities were plentiful. Can't beat the location, there's bars, restaurants, snack shacks, souvenir shops, convenience stores and more all within walking distance. I'd go back.

Location, Location, Location

Right in the middle of the action in Daytona. Unit was clean and comfortable. Resort check in and out smooth and easy. Cell phone coverage not so good and no info on wifi posted in the unit so we were mostly "unplugged"

Between our family that was staying in two different rooms from us, ours was great. There were supplies if we wanted to cook, but we never did. The view was great. The mattresses could have been a little softer but they slept good.

Inside very well kept, birds roosting on balcony

Interior of the property was very nice, clean and well kept. The balcony had a lot of bird droppings and a pigeon appeared to have been roosting there for a long time. We hung a broom on the light to keep the pigeons off it and cleaned up 2 chairs and one side good enough so we could sit on one side. Other than that very nice!

We will be back next year!

Overall we had a great stay. This is a perfect place for my husband and I with a teenager. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, good food and shops close by, starbucks coffee in lobby, fireworks and music at the bandshell and so much more. We were greeted by Brandon a security guard who made us feel so welcomed. Great resort that has everything you need. We had our room changed without being told until I noticed a few days before we arrived but that did not present a problem, beautiful room and when we needed air conditioning service it happened quickly. We would highly recommend.

Family vacation

I came here for a family vacation. The resort was family friendly, but also could be a fun place for an adult getaway as well. I loved the deck, music, pool bar, all the pools, lazy river, and the dj was nice the one day. The best part was the ocean temperature! It was actually warm enough to walk right in! I’m used to Maryland, New Jersey areas where the ocean is too cold. I would consider staying again in the future. The only issue we had was with our ice machine not working, but we were able to buy ice right downstairs from Starbucks.

Overall, good stay

View and pools were great. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. However, i believe the bathroom could use a little updating. Towel bar kept coming off the wall, the finish on the toilet seat is wearing off and needs replacing, and the caulk around the base of the toilet is stained and needs reolacing. The washer also wasn't working properly, we were told a new one was being delivered but it didnt come while we were there.
